Positioned in a prime waterside location, Point Cottage, a fabulous, extensively refurbished, detached cottage boasts stunning estuary views whilst being in the heart of this sought after village of Noss Mayo. This comfortable and elegant home is tastefully presented in a fresh, contemporary style and  views of the estuary view can be enjoyed from every room. Long walks are available from the doorstep along the estuary and around the National Trust headland. The Ship and The Swan Inns are a short walk away whilst Dartmoor and the local beaches of the South Hams are all within easy driving distance.

Steps lead up to the front entrance hall. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, sink and cloak room with WC. Large open plan living room with lounge area, woodburner, corner sofas and armchairs and beautiful bay windows with window seats overlooking the estuary. Smart TV with DVD and Guest Netflix, Bluetooth Soundbar. Dining table to seat up to 8. Two steps down to large contemporary kitchen with underfloor heating, built in double oven, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Delonghi Coffee Machine, picture window and door to side terrace overlooking the water, a perfect spot for breakfast coffee.  Staircase to first floor: Access to outside terrace overlooking the water. Bedroom 1: Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunks, wardrobe & chest of drawers. Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with 3ft single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Family Bathroom – a fabulous bath with a view and handheld shower, separate walk in shower cubicle , basin, WC and heated towel rail. Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed and Juliet balcony, wardrobe and chest of drawers. En suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin, WC and heated towel rail . Stairs to second floor, bedroom 4: Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, floor to ceiling windows, velux balcony and stunning balcony furnished with chairs and side table and waterproof beanbag, finished with glass and steel balustrades.  En suite bathroom with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC with heated towel rail. Office with desk and chairs, velux balcony and armchair. All bathrooms enjoy underfloor heating.

For 2 cars on driveway in front of garage , one behind the other. On road parking possible, as available.

We love Noss Mayo. The cottage is well placed and quiet (bliss when you live in a busy town!!).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the cottage was absolutely perfect - we had direct access to the south west coast path which was great for our rambling, and meant we were able to walk each day. The views from the cottage were lovely, and the walk across the creek and Yealm River at low tide was fun (should have brought our wellies - see above). Overall we had a thoroughly relaxing time with plenty of fresh air, which was just what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at Point Cottage and will definitely return. A lot of thought and has gone into the renovations and the cottage has been finished and furnished to a high standard with top spec modern bathrooms. The location is great with fabulous views of the river and a short walk to a good pub.

Fabulous property, stunning views, super location. Would love to go back in the summer, but pricey for just 2.

Fabulous holiday cottage in an amazing location. Patios and balconies provided a choice of lovely relaxing areas to sit and enjoy the wonderful views.The facilities and furnishings were excellent. Good walks straight from the door and the Ship Inn with superb food close by. Thank you for a perfect holiday.
