Sitting on the edge of the busy harbour in West Looe, Quayside Flat, a large and very popular, bright, ground floor, apartment (all on one level), with stunning waterside views. This property offers spacious rooms, most of which look directly to the harbour and out to sea; contemporary furnishings, a modern kitchen and bathroom, all adding to the smart, minimalistic feel. Quayside Flat provides an ideal base from which to explore the vibrant seaside town as well as the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer. East Looe, with its host of shops, pubs and restaurants and beach is accessible either by passenger ferry or a leisurely ten minute walk. Closer to hand, West Looe has a number of useful shops and cafes, as well as the Jolly Sailor pub, reputedly the oldest in Looe.
Open plan living room/kitchen/diner with amazing harbour and sea views, two sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV, DVD player and dining table to seat eight. Modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob, oven and microwave. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle and wash basin. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds and harbour views. Large family bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and 3ft single bed (and pull out truckle bed) with harbour views. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and hand basin.
No outside area.

The stay was great because of location !
As it was only 4 days we accepted the standard but had it been longer we would have requested a move - our worry now is that we have booked another property fot my son & his family, who are flying in from USA in June, and that their property will be the dame?

Enjoyed our stay, the flat is especially good for people with reduced mobility being all on one level and level from the road/car, the view across Looe harbour and out to sea is outstanding
brilliant flat in every way. Thanks for the welcome pack, after travelling from manchester was greatly appreciated. Wanted for nothing as everything provided infact probably better equiped than my own home was very impressed. Very clean and comfy and the view was to die for ....i have been going to looe for over 17 years and this was the best view we have ever had and one of the best places we have stayed in i only wish we had discovered this treasure years ago. My husband and daughter are disabled and have mobility issues so would like to point out this was not an issue at all as plenty of room for mobility scooter and even with a slight hill to front of property no issue.Will 100% be coming back to quayside flat many times over .Thanks
Exceeded expectations with what was available in flat... better equipped than my home! Dealing with toad hall was straight foward, staff were friendly, information provided was useful and website was easy to navigate. Key safe made life easy too.
This is the second time this year that we stayed at the flat in Looe. It is the best place we have ever stayed in. We can't wait for our next holiday.
Although clean, things like skirting boards and clothing drawers (inside) were dusty. I'm not a neat freak so it wasn't the end of the world, I did wipe the drawers out before I put our clothes in though!! However, it was a great location (parking is rarely ideal in Looe but we're used to it) and the apartment was cosy and comfortable: I would be happy to stay in this accommodation again

Minor point - kitchen tap was stiff to use and dripped as difficult to turn off. Other than that all good ????

Excellent views even on a rainy November day
Didn,t realize that first photo of Quayside Flat on website is actually view FROM property. We thought we had booked flat above shops on other side of harbour. Why dont you put pic of actual property; its lovely; we have taken several pictures of it, will put one on your facebook page. If we could, we would buy this property; fab views whatever the weather, we could watch our kids from the flat while they fished, wave to all the wonderful fishermen and ferry men we got to know; who needed TV, not us, cant wait to go back
