Close to beaches at Shaldon and Teignmouth, only minutes to Haytor, and the nearby arts and craft town of Bovey Tracey is itself a gateway to Dartmoor and the beautiful Teign Valley.

This level can be accessed from the higher-level driveway down steps. Double doors to entrance hallway, Inner hall with cloaks cupboard. Dining room with table and chairs to seat 12, woodburning stove and large stone hearth, TV with DVD/VHS player, Radio/CD player. Glazed patio doors to the decked balcony with garden table, chairs and parasol. There is a parking and garden area to enjoy at both first floor and ground floor level of the house.  

The upper level has ample parking with steps down to the front door and a paved terrace to the side complete with garden table and chairs enjoying stunning far-reaching views. 

A further drive leads around the side of the house to the lower level with further ample parking. The paved terrace extends out from the ground floor living room, partly shaded by the balcony above and fenced level lawns extend around two sides of the house and is fenced for dogs. A lower grass terrace is approached through a gate and down some steps. There is also a croquet set, boules set and an outside game shed with tennis table in place.

Ample on both higher and lower level driveways.

  • Included: Bed linen and towels – guests are required to provide their own beach/dog towels. Electricity, water and oil central heating. Stairgate provided from the second floor to the first floor and from the first floor to the ground floor, a door encloses the stairs leading from the ground floor to the first floor.
  • Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi available free of charge. No telephone. Mobile reception generally good but please check with your provider.
  • Pets: Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome. Dog charge £25.00 per dog per week (please note this charge will increase to £30.00 per dog per week for 2019).
