The cottage is fantastic, more like spending time in someone’s home than a holiday let. The village is quiet and peaceful with a great pub a few minutes down the road and local attractions around 15 minutes’ drive away.
It is a lovely cottage in a quiet location. Comfy beds and good shower. The decor is bright and modern unlike many cottages we have stayed in which have dated and poor quality furnishings!
Great! We love UK and will come back!

See comments re tin box above. We did love it there and would be happy to continue to recommend you to our friends and family. Thank you for looking after us yet again.
Cosy little cottage.
Yes we did , loved the donkeys that came outside. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent.
Wonderful cottage with excellent layout and recently refurbished property - well done. Lovely location within easy reach of so many interesting villages and towns. We have already recommended the cottage to friends and we would return to visit again. We will look at other properties advertised by Toad Hall as the standard in Rowes Cottage is excellent.
We were looking for somewhere central for the Bournemouth air show and the Naval Historic Dockyards at Portsmouth, and made a very last minute booking. Rowes Cottage is a beautifully renovated and nicely decorated, with good quality fittings. The beds and the sofa were comfortable and the shower was very good (these are basics but are often disappointing) , we had no mobile signal but the wifi was good so we managed just fine. I have stayed in many self catering cottages over the years, starting long before it became popular. We always stay in cottages with good gradings, but this was one of the best we have used. It was a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. The cottage is in a quiet location without being isolated. Highly recommended.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay
We loved it and will hopefully be back x
