Fab little property and beautiful area. We have had an awesome week visiting the Riverford Restaurant, Anchorstone cafe (must book) in Dittisham loads of costal walk, Dartington Hall, all amazing - wish we had booked for 2 weeks!! Will be back.
Had a fantastic week, couldn't have wished for better weather. Lovely property with everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the wine.
Comfortable and cosy. Lovely area, enjoyed Hope Cove and Thurlestone beaches nearby. Went to Overbecks NT, Saltram NT and Cotehele which is the other side of Plymouth but well worth the drive.
It was good.
It was perfect. Good weather and good location.
We loved our stay in Salcombe Fields, it's a super property with a fantastic view to wake up to, also very comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. It was nice and quiet and we were really happy with the location and proximity to everything. Towns, Villages, Beaches, Farm shops, Walks, Pubs and also the Co op just down the road for any last minute essentials. It was also really nice to see Toad Hall sponsoring loads of things in Kingsbridge - the local music festival, sports centre etc. Really nice to see a business so embedded into the local community. ---If only someone could wrestle that old pub from whoever owns it at the bottom of the high street. But easy to look past that as everything else in Kingsbridge is great!
A beautifully presented property with a welcoming feel as soon as you enter. Well equipped for a comfortable self catering stay. The area offers countless opportunities for walking in spectacular country and coast, with views that keep on surprising you. There is an easy walk into Salcombe along a designated footpath. In Malborough there are two great pubs, the quirky Royal Oak with Mowgli the dog and the Old Inn which offers very good reasonably priced food. I used the regular bus service into Kingsbridge and Salcombe and look forward to my return visit to this very beautiful part of England
Brilliant stay - very clean and comfortable accommodation and a great selection of books and DVDs. Only a 2 minute drive into Salcombe. Warm and cosy with a nice garden for summer.
Excellent accomodation, lovely area. Great place to spend a relaxing few days.
'Lovely cottage, really enjoyed our stay. We have been to Malborough on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. Fantastic walks along the SW coastal path and amazing scenery.
