Description

Salcombe Fields is a lovingly refurbished bungalow set in a residential part of Malborough in South Devon. The pretty village makes the perfect base for exploring the popular nearby coastal settlements of Salcombe, Hope Cove and Thurlestone and is also within easy reach of the South West coast path. Two pubs, a large park and a co-op shop are all just a short walk from the property.

Porch leads into open plan living area. Seating area with two sofas, TV, DVD player and dining table to seat 2. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hobs, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge with ice box. Double bedroom with king bed. Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.  Access to rear garden through a room off the hallway.

To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with table and chairs and great views towards nearby Salcombe. Small patio at front of property.

Ample on street parking available nearby (no restrictions) within walking distance to the property. Further additional parking available in village hall car park within 5 minutes walk to property.

'Lovely cottage, really enjoyed our stay. We have been to Malborough on a number of occasions and have never been disappointed. Fantastic walks along the SW coastal path and amazing scenery.

This was an excellent place to stay as our base, the cottage was very homely and we enjoyed our stay very much. (Parking could be an issue) The bottle of wine upon our arrival was very welcome so thank you for that. Would we use your properties again? YES we would!

We are delighted to see you had such a good stay at this lovely property. Parking is rarely an issue as there is ample on street parking nearby. There is also ample free parking at the village hall car park which is just a few minutes walk from the property.
