The village is also a great location for walkers; the South West Coast footpath and a network of inland footpaths allow you to explore the beautiful West Dorset coast and countryside. There are also regular bus routes running through the village along the Jurassic coast.

Very clean and homely.Great views.
We had a lovely week at Seascape. Janet and John are very friendly and have lots of local knowledge. The house was very comfortable and the views from all the windows were just stunning. There is outside space to sit and eat and a little sunroom.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very welcoming, especially as we arrived late. Your company were excellent, we were impressed with the young lady who at 6.30-7.10pm, went all out to find us somewhere to rent for 4nights we would go there again, especially if they had a new bed!
Very friendly owners with a lot of extra touches to make the stay memorable. The rock cakes waiting for us were delicious!
Yes we enjoyed our stay. Seascape is ideally situated for those wanting to explore the area with plenty of good eating places within a short distance
We very much enjoyed our stay and would come again and recommend it to others.
The apartment has a really nice feel to it, and was well thought out and comfortable. The bathroom on the lower floor was a pain at night, but so practical during the day for sandy children just back from the beach! John and Jan were very welcoming and we had a lovely time.
Just to let you know we had a brilliant time at the above. The owners were terrific, the cottage was immaculate and we were delighted. Thanks, Mark and Sylvia
Cottage has everything for a relaxing holiday.
Yes, we enjoyed our stay, the area is wonderful and the position of the house fantastic, and Mr John Kenney helpful in providing suggestions about the area. However, we would like you to consider the following: as we feel we paid a proper amount for a week's stay, we had expected at least a minimum package in the kitchen to get on with such as a bit of salt&pepper, more than just half a toilet roll for a whole week, at least a few tablets for the washing and washing-up machines, etc. I don't think guests can be expected to cart all these things with them from all over Europe. I don't really understand why this can't be included in the weekly rent! We've been in Dorset 7 times over the past so many years now and we have noticed that there is no consistency in what guests can expect! Maybe you could suggest landlords provide a minimum of provisions for guests to get on with. Thank you, Ineke Touber, Netherlands
We had a lovely week at Seascape as we did last year .... only marred by builders renovating the property next door (early morning starts!). Jane and John did apologise for the noise.
We had a wonderful family friendly stay at Seascape in Charmouth and the owners are lovely people who were very helpful. The location was perfect with just a short stroll to the sea-a great place to unwind. Highly recommended.
Jan & John were wonderful, lovely accommodation and location, weather was general kind, the Royal Oak food was excellent. First home holiday holiday break for many years, hope to revisit as we really enjoyed our stay.
What a wonderful property clean tidy wonderful views nice garden and Jan & John wonderful hosts
Seascape is excellent, well equipped accommodation, with wonderful views in an excellent location. Would recommend this accommodation to couples and families seeking a wonderful seaside holiday with lots of attractions and interesting things to do.
