The delightful and well equipped ground floor one bedroom holiday apartment is situated within two minutes walk of the shingle beach in the popular coastal village of Milford on Sea. With spacious rooms comfortably sleeping two, this light and airy apartment offers everything required for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The rear garden houses a comfortable log cabin and adjacent patio area with table and chairs, a perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the beautiful coast or New Forest National Park.
Walk down to the beach and enjoy the views over the Solent to the Needles and the Isle of Wight or sample the fayre at The Marine restaurant or Needles Eye Cafe. The coastal path extends in the West to Barton on Sea and beyond or East along the sea wall through Keyhaven Nature Reserve to Lymington. The popular Hurst Castle is also accessible by walking from the apartment along the Hurst Spit.
Seascape is within 5-10 minutes walk to the village where you will find several shops, pubs and restaurants including Verveine, the award winning fish restaurant.

To the front of the apartment is a south facing partly paved garden with picnic bench. To the rear of the apartment is a lovely enclosed sunny garden laid to lawn and patio. There is a right of way to the rear of the first floor apartment through the rear garden. There is a dining table and chairs tucked down the side of the log cabin, perfect for al fresco dining. The log cabin has comfortable seating and a TV and DVD.

This was our second visit to Seascape. It is very roomy and exceptionally well fitted out. The improvements to Milfords' seafront should make it a more popular place to visit or stay.

A lovely apartment with a great location and a safe enclosed garden for dogs. Well equipped and very clean
The owner has ensured that this apartment is one where you feel at home as soon as you step inside. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The summerhouse is a gem and was well used during our stay to catch up with the World Cup matches! The gardens to the front and back are both sun traps and private. The back is also very secure too if you are taking a four legged friend along. Parking is easy as the road is Residents only and as you walk out of the cul de sac where the apartment is situated the sea front is there, just a sone throw away, affording magnificent views of The Isle of Wight and easy walking along the cliff top towards Barton on Sea and down onto the beach at Milford. The village is a delight and only a short walk from the apartment. Plenty of shops and pubs for whether you choose to buy and cook to eat in or to eat out. Nice walks from the Village Green through woods with streams and out onto a common. Easy access to the New Forest and it's pretty villages. Couldn't beat the location and was very comfortable apartment. Though an apartment rather than a cottage there were no shared areas and a lovely garden so it felt like a cottage. Clean and well fitted out it was everything we needed. Would certainly visit again.

Probably the best equipped property we have ever rented. Everything of top quality. Plenty of cutlery, china, glassware and every kitchen utensil imaginable! Lovely location so close to the sea front. Good parking. Very warm and cosy. Good Wi-Fi. Very good value.

We had a lovely stay and the good weather made it all the better. The apartment and all that was provided was quite excellent. We are also members of The Holiday Property Bond which does pride itself on high standards of both accommodation and facilities. This was as good if not better. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, that is why we returned for a second visit. A minor gripe ...no wooden spoons.....excess of everything else !!
We had a wonderful stay and were extremely lucky with the weather. We so hope this property is available in 2018. Its location is perfect for us and we were able to spend a very enjoyable morning using the bowls green at Milford. Being so near the sea front makes this property ideal from which to walk along the sea wall, frequently ending up at Keyhaven Harbour. Thanks to the owner for such a well equipped 'home'.
Fantastic location - 100m to the seafront (pebble beach), great views from the sea front, lovely garden, well equipped and clean cottage. If you have a bad back - the mattress was uncomfortable. Five-minute walk to the village with lots of shops and cafes and pubs. The Coffee Pot Cafe is lovely. The Smuggler's Inn is great. Mr. Pink's Fish and Chips is pretty good - long queues. The Needles Eye Cafe on the seafront is lovely - great food, dog-friendly, and lovely ice cream. The Kiosk, 2 carparks along to the right on the seafront serve lovely ice cream too. The walk to Hurst castle is really nice - quite hard going because of the stones - the boat ride back is most welcome. The New Forest is right on the doorstep with lovely moorland walks and woodland walks. Burley is a nice village with a fantastic cafe called the Olf Farmhouse - great food and really dog-friendly. The fudge is brilliant. Overall, we had a fantastic week, really relaxing and plenty of things to do.
Did not realise we had a back garden until neighbours told us one morning, we thought as they went that way to their place, it belonged to them. Could not find anything on details saying garden was for our use. Did not spoil week in any way, Had a very pleasant holiday, Many thanks John Stokes

Seascape is a well loved property. We were thrilled to be able to take our 3 year old Shih Tzu with us. The New Forest is very dog friendly.
