Description

Seascapes is a delightful, spacious apartment, quietly tucked away in the heart of this popular coastal town.  With stunning views of the Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis from its elevated position, this is a wonderful seaside property from which to enjoy all the region has to offer. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a few minutes walk away.  Nearby is Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb so visitors can park their cars and forget about them for the entire holiday!   It's a great destination for a relaxing, coastal holiday. This is also the perfect base from which to explore the whole World Heritage Coast of West Dorset and East Devon.

As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant nearby, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap.

Please note that works on the bathroom in the flat above will be taking place during the week commencing 25 August. Any work will be restricted to take place between between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

This property has far reaching views of the Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis town from the majority of its rooms.  Its open-plan kitchen and dining area has a dining table that can be extended to sit up to 6 guests.  The fitted Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas double oven and hob, washer/dryng machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The Lounge has two sofas and a Smart Flatscreen TV, Panasonic music centre and a lovely bay window with two chairs from which to enjoy the view.  Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed and sea views.  Bedroom 2 has twin 3ft beds.  A Family Shower room is fitted with a wash-hand basin and a WC.

A decked area with outdoor seating is available to guests.  This is detached from the property and accessible through a private gate.

Private off road parking for one car.

The flat was in an impeccable condition. Beautiful sea views, well equipped and so clean. Honestly could not fault it.
