A further mile away you will find the popular coastal town of Lymington with its historic Quay, open air Sea Water Baths, many interesting shops, pubs and restaurants.  Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum is a six mile drive through the picturesque New Forest National Park.  If you enjoy the outdoors then this is the property for you with cycling, walking and the coast all available from the doorstep.

Stairs lead from here to the galleried landing where guests can also relax or children can play or read whilst enjoying distant views to the Solent and Isle of Wight.
Bedroom 1 with super-king size, zip and link bed, (bed can be made into two 3ft single beds), views over open fields, steps down to en suite incorporating bath with hand shower, hand basin & WC.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size zip and link double bed. Can be made into two 2ft 6in single beds.
Bedroom 3 twin room with two 2ft 6in zip and link beds.  Can be made into a king-size bed.

Family bathroom with over bath shower, hand basin, WC and underfloor heating.

To the rear of the house is an attractive south facing sheltered courtyard garden equipped with ample garden furniture.  A perfect place for a relaxing sun downer after a busy day exploring the surrounding area.  An enclosed lawn and gated driveway are to the front of the property with a patio area complete with garden furniture.

Available for one car on the drive. Further ample parking available on quiet lane outside the property.

Included Bed linen and towels, central heating (oil), electricity and Broadband WiFi. One basket of logs available for each fire in appropriate season. Travel cot and high chair available on request.
