Description

Sonnboden is a modern light and spacious luxury house located at the top of Salcombe. The property is ideally setup for a family or group booking and enjoys the benefits of a great fully enclosed outside area, private parking, multiple bathrooms,and an outside table tennis table. The popular sandy beach of North Sands is around 1 mile away whilst all the pubs, shops and restaurants can be reached via a pleasant stroll down into the town centre.

Guests of Sonnboden also have access to corporate membership of the Salcombe Harbour Hotel (up to 4 guests - adults only) which includes unlimited use of the fitness suite, swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna and steam room, as well as discount on treatments, products and dining.

Entrance to hallway leading to bedroom 3 with 4ft6in double bed. Family shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Utility cupboard with washing machine. First floor: Lounge with 3 sofas, Smart TV, DVD player and log burner. Kitchen with electric double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table to seat up to 8 people and patio doors to garden area. Bedroom 4 with 3ft single bed. Second floor: Master bedroom with 5ft king bed, TV and en suite bathroom with roll top bath with handheld shower, separate walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft6in double bed and en suite shower room with walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Fully enclosed patio and garden area with table, chairs barbecue and full size outside table tennis table.

For one car in private car port at property. Further parking available on street where possible.

Local facilities: Spar shop 0.5 miles. North Sands beach 1 mile. Pubs, restaurants and other shops 10 minutes’ walk down the hill into Salcombe centre (longer coming back). Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.

What a wonderful home you have, Very comfortable and plenty of space for all the family! We can't believe all the things you have thought of. The kitchen was so well equipped and we loved the solar lights in the garden! We've had an excellent week here.
