In a stunning setting on the Solent, with its own private foreshore and fabulous views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight, this spacious holiday home stands in a large sunny garden surrounded by open forest and farmland. With accommodation and facilities mainly on the ground floor, the house provides a perfect base for an extended family holiday in the area. This unique location offers peace and privacy - but parents should note the close proximity of the sea and also open forest where ponies roam free.

Approached by a Private Drive running down to the coast, this spacious house is surrounded by a large sunny garden, laid mainly to lawn, and has access to its own shingle beach at the bottom of the enclosed (but not child proof) garden. Stunning views across the Solent to the Isle of Wight and farmland from the house and garden.

Ample parking on private driveway.

Included Duvets, feather pillows, (guest to provide their own bed linen and towels) electricity and central heating (oil), WiFi, woodburning stove in appropriate season. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate on request.
Linen for hire at £10 per person, per week. If bed linen is hired guests will have to make up their own beds (but please bring own towels).
