Whether seeking an active or relaxing holiday, Exmouth caters for all ages throughout the year and whatever the weather. Exmouth’s regency seafront and its two mile stretch of golden sands is a constant hub of activity and is perfect for paddling, swimming, sandcastle building, dog walking and even kite surfing or windsurfing. Enjoy a pleasure cruise up the River Exe and take in Devon’s rolling countryside as well as internationally renowned nature reserves where rare and native birds can be seen. There are fantastic rail and bus links to the Cathedral city of Exeter, Topsham or Sidmouth to name a few popular places. Nearby Woodbury Common is ideal for stretching the legs or taking the mountain bike; whilst the less strenuous level trail along the Exe Estuary is a must for a gentle walk or cycle. There are several nearby National Trust properties to enjoy or sample the many independent eateries, inns, tearooms and boutiques both in Exmouth and nearby villages.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The standard was excellent. Everything we could need was provided.
We had such an amazing time - already talking of going back, or at least using Toad Hall Cottages again. We have never been disappointed with your cottages, thank you so much for the care and love put in to making these places so gorgeous.
Top class in every way.
Beautiful accommodation with the plus that dogs are allowed.
5 Stars!!! We really enjoyed our stay here. Everything we usually have to take with us was provided. The quality of the accommodation was 5 Star. Diana and Iain were really welcoming. A very relaxing week. Thanks
This accommodation was of a very high standard - 5 Star. The property is ideally located to explore the surrounding area and Exmouth itself. Hosts, Diana and Iain, were very welcoming and made us feel very much at home throughout our stay. We hope to visit again soon.
Property was lovely, very stylish, very clean, best we have ever stayed in
Brilliant location with easy access to bus/train services. Also as not in centre of Exmouth it was very quick to make journeys by car. Very quiet and peaceful area to relax. Hosts were friendly and helpful to enable us to get the most out of our stay. Would definitely use again.
Yes, beautiful garden and comfortable bed.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was faultless.
This property was excellent, possibly the best self catering accommodation we have stayed in. It was very clean and well maintained and we loved the gardens and sauna. It was very quiet and relaxing.
Property was excellent, the best we've stayed in, great location very well equipped, decor and cleanliness was 5 star would highly recommend
This is our fourth holiday with Toad Hall Cottages and St Christopher's accommodation definitely had the 'wow' factor and having everything that you would require for your holiday which included all amenities for ourselves and our dog.
Everything was exceptional. Welcome pack superb.. Even a sauna. Couldn't ask for anything better.
A magnificently appointed apartment and the most gorgeous garden. The gymnasium and the sauna were sensational. We received a very warm welcome from the owners and the 'welcome pack' was superb and ... very welcome. We would definitely return.
We have stayed in many properties over the years but none have had the "WOW "factor St Christopher's did!
The apartment was absolutely stunning and all the furnishings and equipment were top class. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful garden looking out over fields. We had a lovely relaxing weeks holiday and anyone staying at St. Christophers Apartment would not be disappointed.
I have been staying in cottages and apartments for over 30 years although this is my first booking with Toad Hall. I have used New Forest Cottages many times and it was through them that I heard about you. In 30 years and quite possibly about a hundred cottage holidays I have never stayed anywhere as beautifully furnished and thoughtfully provided for as St Christopher's. Its 6 star accommodation in a truly beautiful part of Devon.
Very accommodating owners, made us extremely welcome.
A week full of superlatives! Thanks to Diana and Iain for their wonderful hospitality, kindness and beautiful apartment. The weather was a bonus. Can't recommend it too highly. We've already booked a return visit.
Thank you so much for letting us enjoy the beautiful apartment. We have had a lovely relaxing holiday and all of the home comforts and luxuries have made it very special. We loved the sauna.
Wow, what a fantastic place! So comfortable and everything you could wish for in holiday accommodation. Thank you so much for the lovely goodies when we arrived. I love good food and quality and this provided the best welcome pack by a mile. Exmouth beach is great for the dog.
What a great find St Christopher's is. It was a last minute decision to come to Devon, so we really didn't expect to find such super accommodation. Everything is here! Thank you so much.
What a great way to relax at St Christopher's Apartment! Truly a 'Home from Home'. The owners have thought of everything.
A truly stunning apartment and a lovely holiday. Thank you so much for all the thoughtful touches and provisions to make our stay so welcoming. We had lovely days in Salcombe, Lympstone and Topsham.
We would like to thank the owners very much for making us feel so very welcome and making it feel so special for our honeymoon. We have had a wonderful time and would love to return at a later date.
A big thank you to Diana and Iain for such a wonderful property; everything in it is 1st class and we felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel! If you have dogs and enjoy walking; or if you are a keen bike rider, we especially recommend Haldon Forest Park which is only a short drive away. We will definitely be coming back to St Christopher's. Of all the properties we have stayed in with Toad Hall Cottages, this is by far the best!
Thank you for a delightful stay at St. Christopher's. The accommodation was lovely and has proved a fantastic base for our many trips around Devon. We never quite made the gym but the sauna was lovely.
Fantastic apartment. Every need catered for. Diana and Ian have gone to great lengths to make this apartment special. The welcome pack was very 'welcome' after a long journey. Thank you also to Diana for the 'divine' massage - highly recommended. We will certainly try to book again next year.
Diana and Iain made us very welcome it was so nice to be able to bring our dog to such a beautiful apartment. We will certainly be back!
Excellent property, standard and hosts, with a nothing too much trouble attitude. Perfect holiday.
