Description

St John’s Lodge is a stylish four bedroom house with sea views located just a short walk from the beach and coast path in Hope Cove. The pet friendly detached property is all on one level and ideally suited for a family holiday. The property is situated in a quiet area off the main lane that runs into Hope Cove and is just a short walk from the popular ‘Hope & Anchor’ pub and ‘The Cove’ restaurant. The poplar seaside destinations of Salcombe and Thurlestone are also just a short drive from the property.

Entrance to kitchen/diner. Kitchen area with electric double oven, electric hob, large fridge freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso machine (first couple capsules included). Dining area with dining table to seat 10, TV and access to rear patio. Hallway off kitchen which access all other rooms.  Lounge with large L-shaped sofa, large sofa, log burner (first basket of logs provided at seasonal times), TV and DVD player. Master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, access to rear patio and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 5ft king size bed. Bedroom 3 with 3ft twin beds. Bedroom 4 with 3ft bunk beds. Family bathroom with roll top bath with hand held shower, separate large walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Fully enclosed patio at rear of property with picnic bench.  Outside shower at front of property.

For 2 cars on private drive. It is possible to fit up to 4 cars on drive depending on size but generally better suited for 2 cars.

Included: Bed linen and towels, electricity and oil central heating. Travel cot and high chair.

Pets: One dog allowed. (£25.00 per dog per week. £30.00 from January 2019)

Telephone: Telephone at property for emergency and incoming calls only. Mobile reception poor. Wi-Fi.

Local facilities: Sandy beach 250 yards. Hope & Anchor pub, village shop and post office all 250 yards. Salcombe 4 miles. Kingsbridge with all facilities 5 miles.
