Guests are able to enjoy the substantial grounds that surround Staverton Manor and the welcoming friendly owners who live within the grounds ensure guest’s privacy and enjoyment.

The apartment also enjoys the use of an indoor swimming pool, complete with inflatables for the children and/or adults who wish to join in with the fun. Alternatively, the full height glazed windows which overlook the lake and grounds beyond provide a peaceful and tranquil environment for those who would prefer to relax.

Set on the edge of the village of the popular village Staverton which boasts an award-winning country pub, one of the best surviving medieval bridges in Devon and the beautiful heritage railway station built in 1872 with the South Devon steam train running between Totnes and Buckfastleigh alongside the River Dart.

Guests can also use the delightful indoor swimming pool (restrictions apply, please see below) measuring 8 metres by 4 metres. The pool, complete with inflatables is 1.2 metres deep at the shallow end and 1.6 metres at the deep end.

Steps (or a ramp if required) lead down to the apartment where there is a large level garden area accessed directly from the lounge in the apartment. This lawn area is perfect for the whole family with plenty of garden furniture to allow alfresco dining, loungers, children’s play swings and a 16ft trampoline (complete with a safety net). This space can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Sweeping driveway leads to parking area with ample space for 2 cars.

Amazing place. Lovely tucked away setting with beautiful gardens and extremely comfortable well equipped apartment. The kids really enjoyed having the pool.
