We had a very good time. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, as was the unexpected card after we got home. Thank you very much!
Very nice cottage in a good location. Recently modernised to a high standard.
We loved our stay - even though the weather wasn’t great we felt thoroughly relaxed by the end of the week!
We had a lovely break - the cottage is spacious, well equipped and in a lovely location. Thanks!
Lovely cottage in a beautiful part of the country
Steddaford Cottage is a lovely, well-located cottage at the northern tip of Dartmoor. It was a brilliant base from which to explore the National Park whilst being within an easy distance to local shops in Okehampton and two wonderful village pubs within only a minute's walk! The large open-plan sitting room & kitchen was brilliant and the fire was wonderful!
Wonderful location, great base for dog owners, handy river walks across road. Many local pubs, all friendly.
The Taw River Inn was great next door, we always had a really friendly welcome.
We loved our stay at Steddaford Cottage The village is very nice with a great local pub on the doorstep (dog friendly) and a handy little shop. The river runs close and the trails for walking are beautiful. The main village isn’t far just a short drive with everything you may need. We highly recommended Steddaford Cottage it was very comfortable clean with great facilities perfect for a very relaxing trip away and we will most definitely be back next year .
