Step A Side is an enchanting 2 bedroomed apartment, highly conveniently situatied just off the main bustling strees of East Looe. This very well presented, (recently refurbished) independent, comfortable apartment, with plenty of style, space and tranquility, has a large sun terrace and views through the quirky buildings and roof tops to Banjo pier and the sea beyond. Because it is centrally located, the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs are a mere stroll away, plus the vibrant harbour and wide sandy beach are only a few minutes stroll. For those feeling more energetic the South West Costal path which is just across the road, taking you to glorious headlands with sandy coves in one direction, and in the other, to the quintiessential fishing village of Polperro and beyond. This apartment is a perfect place to simply relax and experience the surrounding areas, or a base from which to explore the wonders of Cornwall.
There are 14 steps leading to the front door into the modern Kitchen; with Gas hob and electric cooker under, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave and fully equipped. Garage; not suitable for cars because of access, but perfect for parking a motor bike. The washing machine and rail drying facilities are in the garage, which is accessed through a side door at the bottom of the entrance steps. Living room; double aspect and French windows onto the sun terrace, two three seater sofas, large Freeview TV with DVD, WiFi and docking station. Dining Room; Dining table and seating for four. Master bedroom; 5ft king size double bed, wardrobe and storage space. Twin bedroom; two 3ft single beds, wardrobe and storage. Family shower room; large walk in electic corner shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Large enclosed sun terrace, with table and chairs, sun umberella and bench, acessed down two steps via the French Windows from the living room, or via a gate near the entrance door. There is a separate table on the terrace for a BBQ's, but only suitable for disposable BBQ's.
There is no private parking but you can pull in briefly outside the property to unload. (Motor bike parking possible in the garage below the terrace).

A very well equipped, clean and comfortable cottage. We loved it.
This is the second year we have stayed in Step-a-Side and we would have no hesitation going back again next year. The property is in a great position, is spotlessly clean, has everything you need plus the added bonus of a large outdoor terrace. We have been visiting Looe for the last 10 years and have stayed in various properties but Step-a-Side is by far the best.
