No.18 is a stylish, colourful home from home. This bright and spacious two level house is sumptuously decorated and has a stunning view to the South West of the coastal hills towards Polperro. Number 18 benefits from a large open plan living area and a unique balcony (a sun trap!) . The bedrooms are on the ground floor. The house is designed specifically with families in mind and has plenty to keep the kids entertained. The property also boasts level access from the car parking area to the ground floor and the lovely terraced areas one with the hot tub.
Stairs by the entrance door leads up to the first floor to the; Open plan living space. Kitchen/diner/living room, with all NEFF kitchen appliances, gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and dining table to seat six. Living room with 'L' shaped large sofa, 40” HD Freeview TV, Blu-ray DVD player, CD player. From this room, a threshold step and large French windows lead out to the roof terrace with table, chairs and BBQ. At the entrance on the ground floor; Cloakroom with WC, washand basin and washer/dryer. Double bedroom with 5ft king size bed and adjacent bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Included: Bed linen, towels (no beach towels), WiFi, electricity and heating (gas - underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs). Travel cot and high chair available on request. Towels for the beach and pool can be rented on arrival at £3 per towel per week.
Security Deposit: £250 (card swipe at Talland Bay) payable on arrival.
Hot Tub: £150 (paid with balance or can be requested on arrival).
