The Coach House is stylish conversion, finished to an exceptionally high standard and offering guests quality and comfort.  This former coach house within the within the peaceful grounds of Millmead on the banks of the Axe Estuary, has been refurbished to give a light and spacious feel with an alternative upside down living arrangement The contemporary holiday cottage, by the sea, has been designed to optimise views from the first floor and offer a generous amount of living space that opens out onto an enclosed rear courtyard and some gardens behind which are exclusively for guests use. It occupies a secluded position with views over Axmouth, The Axe Estuary and the countryside beyond making this a very desirable holiday location. 

The nearby Estuary is a delight to explore and attracts a lot of birds who feed on the mud flats between tides.  Seaton is across the river a short distance away, where you can ride the Seaton Tram to Colyford. Axe Cliff Golf Course is very close and Seaton offers everything you will require for your day to day needs including a large Tesco store.  Axmouth has two very good pubs : The Harbour and The Ship, both are within walking distance and offer a high quality dining experience. 

Main entrance hall on the ground floor leads to Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 inch double bed and en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds. These can be pushed together if needed and make a double.  Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft single beds.  Family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.  Washing machine in laundry cupboard on the ground floor.  An oak stair-case rises to the first floor where there is a Large open-plan living room with sofa and comfortable chairs, high quality 50 inch flatscreen TV, Surround sound, Blu Ray player and i-Pod docking CD/Radio.   The impressive sized Open plan kitchen diner is equipped with Full size electric range cooker and induction hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and dining table and chairs. Cloakroom with WC and wash basin.  Seperate study/reading room.
