The owners of this striking house within the New Forest National Park have created a superior guest flat annexe at one end of their house, located on the first floor with a sunny balcony that offers views of the marina and town. The flat has its own private ground floor entrance and is not overlooked by the owners. With high quality furnishings throughout, only limited cooking facilities restrict this property's star rating to 3½. Step out of the studio and it is a pleasant fifteen minute walk along the river into Lymington town or the marina and less than five minutes walk to the Isle of Wight ferry terminal from where you can catch the train into Lymington Town and then on to the main line station of Brockenhurst. There is also a popular pub and a nine hole golf course nearby.

Fantastic place to stay and a great Holiday , please pass on our thanks to the owners , Kind Regards , Mike and Zoe
We both enjoyed our stay at the Crow's Nest. It was a perfect location for us, and the facilities were excellent. I am sure we will be back again one day.
Very enjoyable stay. Quiet and very well appointed.

Everything with the crows nest was of a high standard. The nice welcoming touches of milk, tea ,coffee was very much appreciated. The location in Lymington was ideal as were the recommended dining places, we did not find one that we didn't like. Plenty to do in the area even on the 1 rainy day we encountered, and at the end of the day relax on the balcony . The owners should be proud of what they offer to their visitors. Thank you from Alan & Jill.
We had a fabulous time. Excellent location explore the new forest. Would return x
A fabulous location for exploring all the New Forest has to offer. Very comfortable and clean accommodation with everything we needed. It didn't matter there was no oven as it meant I didn't have to cook. Plenty of affordable places to eat out. Access to the IOW ferry is remarkable as it is on the doorstep. We will come back as there is so much more to do. Thank you x
We enjoyed a fabulous stay in the Crow's Nest. The property is set in a good location just a short walk away from Lymington and minutes away from the Isle of Wight ferry terminal. It is bright and airy and benefits from lovely patio doors onto a terrace. Great for warm sunny days and long evenings. The accommodation was well maintained and had lots of home comforts to enjoy. The microwave and two ring burner for cooking allows you to be creative in planning and preparing meals. It wasn't a problem at all as salads, stir frys and one pot meals were perfectly adequate during our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage. We do hope to be back again if we are in the area.
We had a very enjoyable stay in the Crows Nest which was well equipped and the balcony was a bonus on a sunny morning. It was very close to the Isle of White ferry and only 10 minute walk into Lymington. It is a great place as to start a wide variety of walks.
This is the second time we have stayed at this location. It is lovely, peaceful and affords you a sense of privacy where you can recharge the batteries from life. Delightful hosts who are there if you require assistance. A property that we would recommend without hesitation.
We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely book to go back again!
