The farm is easily accessed at the end of a private driveway leading directly from the main road. The surrounding woods and farmland are home to a wide variety of wildlife including deer, badgers, foxes and buzzards. The pretty West Dorset seaside town of Lyme Regis and the coastal village of Charmouth are both just a couple of miles away. The attractive East Devon market town of Axminster, home to Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall's popular River Cottage Canteen, is about a 4 mile drive. This property is ideally suited to those seeking a countryside location close to the sea, or for walkers who will be drawn to this wonderful location by the wealth of walking countryside in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visitors wanting to explore the local area will find themselves well placed to easily access the many attractions of East Devon, West Dorset and South Somerset.
The Dairy is a self-contained, two bedroom barn conversion and provides spacious and well-equipped accommodation for families (or two sets of couples) in a tranquil setting.
