Nestled in the glorious East Devon countryside, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills, this property offers first-class holiday accommodation in a truly idyllic rural setting. Situated in 17 acres of farmland leading down to the small river Luv - a delightful setting where guests are free to wander and enjoy the beautiful meadows and riverbank (and make use of the riverside campfire and barbecue). Children will love collecting the hen's eggs and helping the owners to feed the resident pigs and other small farm animals. The open plan, ground floor living accommodation includes a modern fitted kitchen with dining area and a spacious lounge with a wood burner. Upstairs there are two good sized bedrooms both with en suites.The second bedroom can be made up with either 3 single beds or with a single bed and a king size double bed. As well as access to open fields and the small river beyond, the property has its own patio/garden area with barbecue and furniture. A delicious welcoming pack of homemade and local produce is provided for all guests. The owners are also able to provide a wide range equipment for babies and toddlers making this a great choice for those with young families.
The bustling market town of Honiton, famous for its lace making & antique shops is only 2 miles away (a pleasant walk along footpaths and fields) and the attractive seaside towns of Sidmouth in East Devon and Lyme Regis in West Dorset are within half an hour's drive. There are many family-friendly attractions nearby including Escot Gardens, Crealy Adventure Park, the Seaton Tramway and Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary. With the cathedral city of Exeter and access to the M5 motorway also less than half an hour away, this is the perfect base for a wonderful holiday.

Cloakroom, with WC. First floor: Bedroom 1 with 5ft bed and space for travel cot, en suite shower room with shower cubicle, WC. Bedroom 2 with three single beds (or can also be made up as a king size double bed and a single bed, please specify when booking), en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, WC.
