The Granary, a two bedroom cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a very good quality holiday property in a fabulous village location, just a short walk from the sea and coastal footpath. Located in the West Dorset village of Chideock, this cottage is set just off the main coast road, providing a wonderful base from which to explore the whole area. The cottage is just a short walk from the beach at Seatown. There is also easy access to the South West Coast Path which runs along this stretch of stunning coastline. The World Heritage coast, known as the Jurassic Coast, offers opportunities for fossil hunting, walking, fishing and many other activities. Those looking for rural walks will also find some exceptional countryside footpaths very close by.

There are three pubs, all serving food, within walking distance as well as a small general store very nearby. The West Dorset market town of Bridport and its bustling harbour at West Bay are only a 5 minute drive away, as is the lovely seaside resort of Lyme Regis. A couple of regular bus routes run through the village and along the coast in both directions.

Ground floor: open-plan living room; lounge seating with wood burner, TV/DVD. Dining area, fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge with icebox, microwave and washing machine. First floor: Bedroom 1 with two 3ft single beds  Separate modern W.C. Please note the beamed ceiling height in these two bedrooms is restricted to approximately 6'1". Second floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed (vaulted ceiling). Bathroom with shower over the bath and W.C. 

Enclosed patio/garden with furniture. Storage shed with tumble dryer, also ideal for muddy boots, sandy beach gear or secure cycle storage.  

Off-road parking for one car. Additional public car parking 5 minutes walk.
