Situated in a most enviable position right on the seafront in Lyme Regis – this beautiful Victorian house offers visitors a great spot in which to enjoy a true ‘seaside’ holiday. The elevated veranda allows visitors to sit and watch the world go by with uninterrupted views of the beach, the sea, the Cobb and views reaching as far as Portland Bill. These stunning views are also repeated from the lounge and two bedrooms as well as the snug situated just inside the front entrance. A wooden gate leads you off the Marine Parade, up a few steps and onto the veranda of the property. As you walk through the front door, immediately on your left is the snug – a cushioned seating area in which to sit and relax, read a book, enjoy a glass of wine or simply just watch the world go by through the attractively framed picture window.
As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and a small can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

Separate cloakroom with WC. Bedroom 1 with twin beds. Bedroom 2 with Kingsize bed and sea views. Bedroom 3 with twin beds and sea views.
A door from the first floor landing leads out to the back of the house. There is a small paved area equipped with patio chairs.
The property has an allocated parking spot in a nearby private car park just 5 mins walk away.

We enjoyed our stay in a quaint property in a wonderful location. The living and dining space is smaller than expected, especially for 6 people. Dining table needs to be replaced for ease of use and access.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday. The house was very well equipped, clean and comfortable a great location and view.
Even though I've made some comments/suggestions in the above section we had a great time. The beds were very comfortable. The location is brilliant and I would be pleased to visit again.
