Tops is a delightful apartment, quietly tucked away in the heart of this unspoilt coastal town with stunning views of the Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis. A wonderful seaside property, with a central location, from which to enjoy all that Lyme Regis has to offer. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a few minutes walk away. Nearby is Langmoor Gardens and the historic Cobb so visitors can park their cars at Tops and forget about them for the entire holiday!
As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, Lyme Regis includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. The town is a wonderful location for those seeking a traditional seaside break. A wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, amd small theatre can be found. For the more adventurous the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust land at Golden Cap. If you are planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

Entrance door accessed from two flights of external steps. Open-plan lounge and dining area with far reaching views of the Jurassic Coastline and Lyme Regis town. The Lounge has two leather sofas, a large Flatscreen TV, Freesat, Netflix and a dining table seating six guests. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge freezer and microwave. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed. Bedroom 2 has twin 3ft beds (which zip link to make Super King-size). Bedroom 3 has a 3ft single bed. Shower Room is fitted with a wash-hand basin and a WC.

Absolutely. The owner was so helpful. The beds and bedding were lovely. We had absolutely everything we needed. Very happy in the flat. Lovely and cosy and beautiful view. Thank you very much indeed.
