Tudor Cottage is a Grade II listed property, set in the historic streets of East Looe. 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, harbour, shops, pubs, bakeries, cafes and restaurants. Built circa 1600, you really get a cosy feeling when you open the beautiful oak front door and step in to be greeted by a large fireplace with woodburning stove, and original beams. Looe is a vibrant, historic fishing port where one can choose from a host of activities including safe bathing from the golden sandy beach, rock pooling and whiling away the hours crabbing off the quayside and watching the local fisherman unloading the days catch. The coastline in this region is beautiful and is accessible by the scenic Cornwall South Coast Path.

The cottage is in an excellent location for the beach and town. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a special mention must go to Sarah's Pasties which are made fresh daily and taste fantastic. This shop is literally 30mtrs away at the end of the road from Tudor Cottage. When parking your car in the Mill pool car park take plenty of change as none of the local shops like changing notes to coins. Once this has been sussed out it is worthwhile changing your money in the amusements which is virtually next to the car park. To summarise, Looe is an excellent place for a family holiday and there is lots to do. One other thing, If you are after rock pools then drive up Hannafore Road in West Looe and you will find hundreds.
