Sailing in the estuary, walking parts of the South West Coast Path, relaxing on the beach with sand underfoot and sampling the fresh local seafood and produce are just a few of the things that keep people coming back to Salcombe year after year.

Living room with L-shaped sofa (including double sofa bed), TV, Akai sound system tower with iPod dock, dining table to seat 4 and access to patio and garden. Bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and access to patio and garden. Family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC.

A very enjoyable holiday.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and very clean. A very small thing would be that a full length mirror would be handy and perhaps some bin bags for recycling. Booking the property was very easy and the images/floor plans on the website are very useful.
I have to start by saying that Pebbles were very efficient and helpful. The gate to access the property would not open on arrival. We notified Pebbles and went out for the afternoon returning to the property at around 8pm - the gate had been repaired. After we vacated the property we asked Pebbles to check to see if a purse had been left behind and they contacted us when they found it. The black Lounge rug could have done with a vacuum and there was some paper (hole punches) that had not been cleared up - not a problem for us but just feedback for you. With regards to the property and its equipment; a chopping board, bread knife and veg. peeler would have been appreciated in the the kitchen equipment. Also an internal door mat would have been nice as it was difficult to get in and around the door with wet shoes without treading water into the kitchen. Wifi was almost not usable. I assume the router was in the house above as we could get a weak signal near the Bathroom and door to house but almost nothing everywhere else. We had a lovely stay in Salcombe, enjoyed the apartment and were happy with our booking; the feed back might help you if you have a more difficult customer! Plus we saw the visiting Humpback Whale off Beesands but I don't think you arranged that? Andrew
