Charmilie has parking space for two cars and ramp access to the front door.
The living area benefits from clean, simple lines.
A well-equipped, stylish kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob.
The dining table can be easily moved lengthways to allow more space around the patio doors.
The main bedroom leading into the en-suite wet room.
There is a standard double bed in the second bedroom alongside a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
You'll find both a bath and overhead shower in the family bathroom.
The third bedroom has a single bed.
There is a mobile hoist which can be used throughout all the rooms in the bungalow.
In the main bedroom, there is an electric profiling bed, allowing the mattress to be raised and adjusted for comfort. There are also bed guards on both sides of the bed.
The en-suite wet room has a number of helpful features such as a grab rails, a toilet frame and a shower commode chair.
As part of the lounge suite, there is an electric riser recliner armchair.
The rear garden. The patio is paved to allow for smooth wheel-or electric chair mobility.
You can see the ramp leading from the living area to the rear garden.
Charmilie has been designed with functionality in mind - wooden flooring, open spaces and no unnecessary clutter.

The Eden Project is a must for a family day out. Accessible parking and toilets, plus a personal assistant can attend for free. Care has been taken to assist those with mobility issues.
Visit the Seal Sanctuary in Gweek using our voucher for 20% off the admission price for up to 5 guests.
St Michael's Mount - some areas are accessible, others are not. A sand chair is now available on the beach, so you may have the makings of a great day out!

A former piggery, PigLet is now a beautifully renovated, self-contained holiday home
So much light floods into the lounge from the two patio doors.

Piglet is such a charming property, a real gem.
The sofa in the lounge converts into a bed for the third person staying.
The grey tiles compliments the colour scheme running through Piglet.
The beautiful wooden floors are throughout the property.
The decking has been created around the granite 'coffee table'. A little piece of local history, right there on your terrace, as the stone was mined from the Carn Marth Quarry.
What wonderful, peaceful views of the countryside. Keep an eye for the resident fox who pads though the fields at suppertime!
Horses are stabled on the land around Piglet, so you may wake up one morning to see them looking at you over the fence!
The owner, Tom, lives onsite, in the house on the left. He won't intrude but he's there if you need him, and is also a font of knowledge on local history.
Piglet looks so inviting.
The entrance to Carnleigh, home to PigLet. There's a kissing gate directly behind us. That's the way up to Carn Marth itself, one of the highest points in Cornwall.
On the way, you'll see holes in the quarry walls - made by the quarrymen testing new drill bits, and also teaching their apprentices how to drill! Once made, of course, they would have been filled with dynamite and used to blast the rock.
From the summit, you can see all the way across to the north coast! St Agnes Beacon is to the right, and the Atlantic sea to the left!
And all the way to Falmouth on the south coast!
The old quarry at the summit of Carn Marth, 235 metres above sea level! Perfect place for a cool swim or a picnic, taking in the view.
The amphitheatre at Carn Marth, still used for plays during the year .
Truro is our main shopping centre, perfect for all shops, cafes and restaurants.
The Eden Project is a must for Cornish visitors!
St Michael's Mount at Marazion - walk across the causeway or take the water taxi across to the castle and gardens.
Gyllyngvase Beach in Falmouth. Hire a surfboard or have lunch-with-a-view at the Gylly Beach Cafe.
An atmospheric Jamaica Inn on Bodmin Moor! Visit for lunch and a wander around the Smuggler's museum.
The Maritme Museum is Falmouth is always an afternoon well-spent!
St Ives, known to all, is doable within an hour by car.
Beautiful Perranporth Beach is just 10 miles away and is dog friendly all year.
Try Stithians Lake for water sports. Just 15 minutes away by car.
