Charmouth, Dorset
Charmouth is a village and civil parish at the mouth of the River Char in the western corner of Dorset. This friendly and traditional countryside village is situated at the heart of the Jurassic Coast; an ancient coastline encompassing dramatic cliffs, fossils, and some of the most beautiful and unique scenery in the UK. The village itself is characterised by West Dorset’s rolling hills and Regency houses, which elegantly line the streets. Charmouth boasts a host of famous visitors and is steeped in history.
