If what you are looking for is a spacious and tastefully appointed apartment, the soothing sounds of the sea and amazing views from the sunny terrace of the nearby beach and coastline, well look no further. 4 Sandhills is a south facing luxury retreat, perched on the hillside above the golden beach of North Sands close to Salcombe. From here an enjoyable scenic walk brings you to the town itself, full of interesting shops, inns and restaurants and on the way you can appreciate the beauty of this picturesque estuary, busy with the comings and goings of boats attracted to this yachting haven. Back on the terrace we can't think of a more pleasant place to be whilst enjoying an al fresco meal or a quiet read in the sun and the sunroom provides a vantage point from which to observe the ever changing moods and colours of the sea, whatever the weather. This is a great destination at any time of year and a bracing walk along the South West Coastal path in the spring or autumn can be followed by a cosy evening in the spacious lounge, listening to the crackle of the real fire. This is a very special holiday destination which we recommend highly.

French windows to sunroom with patio doors and two leather swivel armchairs with views of the beach. Kitchen/diner consisting of new, superbly equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven under, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave and wine cooler. Elegant dining area with extending glass dining table and chairs to seat 6.  Off the hallway, master bedroom with sea views, 5ft bed, wardrobe and TV. Contemporary en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. Second double bedroom with 5ft double bed with fitted wardrobe adjoining small rear courtyard. Family shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin, WC, heated towel rail and shaver point. Third double bedroom with 5ft double bed and wardrobe.

Wide, south facing terrace with garden table and chairs, sunshades, barbecue area and the most amazing views. Small private rear courtyard off second bedroom.

One allocated space. A further visitors parking space may be available. Further on road parking.

For the first time ever, the weather wasn't quite so kind to us, but we still enjoyed every minute.

Very clean on arrival and a perfect week with sunshine every day.

The views from the property are wonderful and the patio and conservatory were equipped to a very high standard to ensure a relaxing and comfortable holiday. It was very hard to leave.

The pictures although good just do not do this place justice. This is the most outstandingly located apartment with utterly fabulous views of the beautiful North

The holiday was excellent, we will use THC again, and hopefully return to the same house and location at some point. The view was amazing, the house was well equipped and comfortable.

We enjoyed a lovely holiday at Christmas time, the flat was welcoming and warm, a decorated christmas tree, in the lounge a card and bottle of champagne on the table as we arrived was thoughtful touch. A magic view from the conservatory and a log fire to sit around after a long walk. Everything you would need in a kitchen and a wine cooler. A very well thought out holiday home. I would highly recommend it.
