In Falmouth itself, Gyllyngvase beach is very popular with both locals and visitors to the area.
Try the Gylly Beach Cafe for lunch or an evening meal.
Families love the Maritime Museum in Falmouth - it's a real hands-on museum and the views from the observer's tower are fabulous.
Truro is our capital city - great for shops, restaurants, pubs and some beautiful architecture.

Visit the Kiosk at Helford Passage for boat hire and for the foot ferry across to Helford Village.
After a morning on the beach, stroll a few metres to the Ferryboat Inn for lunch.
