There is easy access to the Kingsbridge and Salcombe estuary for those keen on watersports and pretty walks around the fore shore when the tide in. The property itself has plenty of outside space with a trampoline, mud kitchand and childrens play area along with a terrace for al fresco dining, or just to sit and enjoy the views out towards the water. A really great home from home for your South Devon holiday.
