A large and stylish property set just back from Fore Street in the very heart of Salcombe. Guests have the rare luxury of being just a short walk to all the towns’ pubs, restaurants and shops whilst still also enjoying peace and quiet. Designated parking for ONE car in courtyard at front of property.

For additional parking weekly parking permits can be purchased from Salcombe Tourist Information centre (150 yards from property) for nearby public car parks (600 yards from property).

Otherwise, ample no restriction on road parking at the top of town just 5-10 minutes’ walk from the property.

Beautiful home well furnished tasteful decor and so centrally located - we didn't need a car as everything was accessible by foot or ferry.

The cottage was a fantastic find, right in the heart of Salcombe with everything in walking distance but tucked away from the noise. The property is really well presented and is maintained and equipped to a high standard. We had great weather so made full use of the terraces and gas bbq. Covering three levels our family had plenty of space to spread out over with a fabulous lounge and dining area to come together again for dinner and games.
