Description

1 Roborough Court is a lovely apartment situated on a quiet street just 5-10 minutes walk from Salcombe town centre. The property itself has a perfect setup for a couple, two couples or family looking to holiday in this popular seaside town. It has a light lounge/dining room which includes some views of the estuary, two spacious bedrooms, two bath/shower rooms, a well equipped kitchen, private parking space and good outdoor patio area. Being just a short walk from the town centre means you can take advantage of all the eateries, shops and the ferry to the beach without the need to ever use the car.

Steps up from the parking area to the building entrance. Apartment entrance leads to hallway. Lounge with sofa, armchair, TV with SKY (including sports but not movies), DVD player, fireplace and dining table to seat up to 6 people. Kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed and en suite bathroom with small bath with shower over, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 4ft6in double bed and 3ft bunk beds. Family shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC.

Patio and garden at rear. Patio area with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue. Steps up to higher garden area (young children should be supervised). Please note that there is a right of way access to another apartment garden area that runs to the side of the patio and garden for No.1.

Parking for one car in designated space at the property. Additional parking can usually be found on residential streets surrounding the property.
