The property has great views towards the sea from the large balcony and lounge and also has the benefit of private parking. A stunning sandy beach, the popular village pub and café and village shop are all within easy walking distance.

Access to part of the garage which contains washing machine and tumble dryer. First floor: Open plan living area with two sofas, TV, DVD player, dining table to seat 6 and access to balcony. Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge freezer. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC.

One designated parking space at front of property. Further visitor parking available.

Really enjoyed staying at this property, location was good. Tastefully furnished and well equipped ,to a high standard. Very snug Handy parking for one car Appreciated an outside tap to be able to clean the dog Liked the terrace In all, very lovely thank you

Tastefully decorated with just the right coastal ambience. Really good quality furnishings and equipment (eg Roberts radio). The owners have clearly put some thought into it. The positives far outweigh the minor negative comments we've noted in the first question. We would be happy to return here and would not bother looking for any other accommodation in Hope Cove if this place was available.

Overall, a very comfy apartment and the cleanliness on arrival was excellent 10/10. Also, loved the comfy seating area and doors to the terrace. Great parking space outside the front door. Noticed that you have plans to develop the garage, we thought this was a great idea as it's a shame to waste the space in its current format. There is a big barbecue in the garage and I thought this would be a great addition to the terrace for the summer. I would avoid coal type bbq because of the potential mess of taking the debris via the apartment. Sadly, not everyone would be careful with this task!

Location excellent and very well equipped, the owners obviously had taken care to pull information together and had kitted the cottage out well.
