Description

11 Bolt Head is positioned above South Sands Beach, with amazing sea views of the Estuary towards Salcombe and a very short walk to the beach, and breath-taking walks around the cliffs and coastline which are owned by the National Trust, all in easy access. The apartment is presented to a high standard throughout and the spacious open plan living area makes the perfect setup for a family or group get together. The lovely balcony houses a Rattan table and chairs for relaxing times to soak up the view. North Sands, with the popular Winking Prawn restaurant, and Salcombe town centre are both just a short drive or pleasant walk along the coastal road. No.11 has its own dedicated spacious undercover parking area, directly next to the apartments own access and front door, there is additional visitors parking as you enter the complex. The apartment is equipped with everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Lounge area with two large comfy leather sofas, Flat screen TV and french doors opening onto balcony with panoramic sea views. Dining area with table to seat up to 6 people. Well equipped Kitchen area with lovely brekafast bar area and stools, electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (guests to bring own capsules) and selection of cafetières. Off the kitchen is a double set of patio doors, with a lovely balcony area with further table and chairs - This is a great suntrap in the afternoon, and perfect for relaxing and dining. Bedroom 1 with 5ft Harrison Spinks king size bed, double fitted wardrobe, Flat screen TV and en suite shower room with modern fitments including shower cubicle with power shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds with Harrison Spinks mattresses, freestanding wardrobe and patio door to private inner courtyard. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk bed, upright wardrobe and patio door to private inner courtyard. Large Family bathroom with quality fittings including deep bath with hand held power shower, basin and WC. Newly installed Electric panel heaters are fitted throughout, each controlled via the Media pad, and downloadable App.

Balcony off lounge with stunning views over South Sands and rattan table and chairs. Further patio off kitchen. Further enclosed patio courtyard accessed from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. There is a very quiet private lane that runs in front of the property (It just accesses a handful of the private parking spaces at the Bolt Head Apartments). 

Designated parking for one car in covered parking area under the main building (1.9m height restriction). Limited visitor spaces available on site (no height restriction).
