Bolt Head is a highly sought after collection of quality apartments situated on the hillside overlooking South Sands. 11 Bolt Head has stunning views over the beach and out to sea and is the perfect location for accessing two popular nearby sandy beaches and the South West Coast Path. The apartment is presented to a high standard throughout and the spacious open plan living area makes the perfect setup for a family or group get together. North Sands, with the popular Winking Prawn restaurant, and Salcombe town centre are both just a short drive or pleasant walk along the coastal road. 

Please note: This property is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults (plus children to a maximum party size of 6).

Dining area with table to seat up to 6 people.  Kitchen area with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (guests to bring own capsules) and selection of cafetières. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king size bed, TV and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with 3ft twin beds and access to internal courtyard. Bedroom 3 with 3ft bunk bed and access to internal courtyard. Family bathroom with bath with hand held shower, basin and WC.

Balcony off lounge with stunning views over South Sands. Further patio off kitchen. Further enclosed patio courtyard accessed from bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. There is a very quiet private lane that runs in front of the property (It just accesses a handful of the private parking spaces at the Bolt Head Apartments). 

Designated parking for one car in covered parking area under the main building (1.9m height restriction). Limited visitor spaces available on site (no height restriction).

Local facilities: South Sands beach 0.2 miles (with seasonal passenger ferry that runs to the town centre). North Sands beach and Winking Prawn restaurant under 1 mile. Other shops, pubs and restaurants in Salcombe 1.5 miles. Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
