Crabshell Quay is a sought after development of high spec waterside apartments located a short level walk from the centre of Kingsbridge, South Devon. No.11 is a spacious duplex apartment over two floors with vaulted ceilings, wooden floors, modern finish and fantastic estuary views from most rooms. The balcony, overlooking the water catches most of the day’s sun and is the perfect place to watch the boats and wildlife go by. Kingsbridge, a market town with great transport links is ideally positioned to explore everything the South Hams has on offer with Salcombe, Dartmouth, Totnes, Hope Cove, Thurlestone and Start Bay all within a short drive.

Lounge area with 2 and 3 seater sofa, TV and DVD player, access to balcony, dining table to seat 6. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Hall also leads to bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 with 5ft king bed, views of water. Stairs to second floor landing leading to bedroom 2 with 6ft super king bed, built in mirrored wardrobe, views of water. Bedroom 3 with 3ft single beds, built in mirrored wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC.

The property and location were both exceptional. The quality of the apartment and it's contents along with the beautiful spot right on the riverside made our stay quite exceptional. We certainly plan to return as we all had such a good time.
Fab location next fab pub...... great paddle boarding next door which entire family enjoyed ( even little 6 year old)..... great location for family beaches / kayaking/ bodyboarding..... will be back!
Wonderful sunny apartment in a fantastic location, with a very high standard of fittings. It was perfect for us in every way and Toad Hall's service was also excellent. We hope to return!
