Mayflower Court is ideally located just a few minutes level walk from the heart of Dartmouth, a unique town and the jewel of the South Hams. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its branching estuary and rolling countryside, Dartmouth is as relaxing as it is intriguing, with flights of winding steps, narrow streets, medieval buildings and a long, picturesque embankment. The town offers gourmet restaurants, ancient bars, lively cafés, boutiques and specialist shops. Sail, fish, go crabbing, explore on foot or by boat, visit during the Music Festival, the Regatta or the Food Festival, there is something for everyone at every time of year; Dartmouth is truly a town for all seasons, with many visitors returning again and again.
No 2a provides contemporary and comfortable accommodation with fantastic second floor views of the estuary from the sitting room and master bedroom. Front door into the apartment and hallway with coat hooks. Living room with two leather recliner sofas, a 42” flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD, glass dining table to seat 4. Well equipped kitchen including a fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob, electric oven and microwave. Double bedroomwith 5ft bed, dressing table and estuary views. Twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds. Family bathroom with bath, electric shower over, hand basin, heated towel rail, WC and dressing table.
To the rear of the apartment block is an enclosed private courtyard with a single parking space for each flat. The fire escape leads from the parking area to the kitchen door.

- Local Facilities: Beach: Blackpool Sands 3 miles. Shops, pubs, restaurants and the river embankment a minute’s stroll away. Marks and Spencer’s “Simply Food”, Mayors Avenue Garden and Coronation Park are only 100 metres away and there is a large Sainsbury’s on the outskirts of Dartmouth.
It is a lovely flat in a great location. The size of the accommodation is very good. It is also quiet. We would definitely book this property again. There was a lovely welcome with flowers on the table and biscuits. As a suggestion, as it is a 2 bedroom flat, it would be helpful to have 2 sets of keys. A really good apartment, excellent housekeeping. Storage heaters worked ok, but you have to plan ahead. Otherwise can't fault it.
We have just returned home after spending a week in 2a Mayflower Court. We had a wonderful week. Luckily we had great weather but the apartment was beautifully furnished with nice accessories. A lovely large bathroom and long kitchen. Very comfortable beds and pillows that suited us, not being flat like in most places. A parking space is a must and the location is perfect for all amenities. Made great use of the M
Had another enjoyable week at 2A Mayflower Court. Must be one of the best views in Dartmouth.

Although we didn't have very good weather, It was fascinating to watch the river traffic and steam trains from our vantage point. And, excellent "corner shop" in M&S less than 100 yards away.
The property at 2A Mayflower Court is in a supberb location in Dartmouth, the views from the living room are wonderful. The accomodation itself is spacious and very well furnished with leather recliner cheers, huge TV and wifi. The kitchen is also well equiped, and the bathrrom is very large. We had a party of 4 (2 adults + 2 kids) and found the space enough for us and importantly comfortable enough. The owner has obviously gone to additional lengths in ensuring the finishing touches to the property are of high class. The park next door was ideal for us, as too the car ferry across to Paignton (200 yards). Great crab fishing right outside and also various boat hires etc. In summary a fantastic property ideally located regardless of if you want a lazy holiday or an activity based one. Please be aware that the property is on the 2nd floor and there are no lifts so some may struggle (we didnt)
