3 Waters Edge is a modern mid terrace house with private parking just yards from the waterfront near the centre of Salcombe, South Devon. The property is perfectly situated towards the end of a quiet lane just off the ever popular and vibrant Island Street. Within a minutes’ walk of the contemporary property is Victoria Quay which is ideal for watching the boats go by or doing a spot of crabbing and just a little further on is Fore Street which is where you will find a superb choice of pubs, restaurants, delicatessens and shops as well as access to the passenger ferry which can take you to a number of glorious sandy beaches. This pet friendly property is ideal for couples or a family looking to get the very best out of Salcombe straight from the doorstep.
External steps up to first floor. Entrance into open plan living and kitchen area, Seating area with sofa and two armchairs, TV and DVD, dining area to seat 4. Kitchen area with electric double oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave. WC. Second floor: Bedroom one with king size bed, access to balcony and en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Bedroom two with twin beds, access to balcony with estuary view and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Utility area with sink and washing machine in garage.
Each bedroom has a balcony (one that looks across an estuary inlet towards the boat park).
For one car in very spacious private garage at the property (garage door height is 197cm, ceiling higher. Width 335cm).

- Local facilities: Island Street Bar & Grill 200 yards. Other Shops, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk. Beach across the estuary 900 yards (400 on passenger ferry). Kingsbridge with supermarkets and all other facilities 6 miles.
We enjoyed are stay very much as the cottage is in an excellent location.It is very close to pubs and restaurants but is also situated in a very quiet location.The cottage is well equipped and very comfortable.Would certainly stay there again.

The whole experience of staying at waters edge was faultless we loved it and hope to use it several times in 2018 The garage also was a great plus and our little dog was very well behaved and crated at night she had a lovely time Thank you
This property ticks all the right boxes. It was very clean and comfortable and very well equipped. Having a garage was a huge bonus in Salcombe town centre. Perfect location and just a minute's walk into this lovely town yet it was also very quiet staying in this property too. We enjoyed relaxing with a cuppa on the two balconies which both had different views. We would definitely stay here again if we stayed in Salcombe again.
The inside of the property was really clean but the outside stairs and around the entrance to the garage was a bit scruffy and in need of a good sweep. We had a terrific stay, location was great as was being able to park right in the centre of Salcombe.

Had a lovely stay, only comments to make shower screen in onsuite with double bed needed cleaning at the bottom of the glass, garage door was not easy to open and shut, apart from that a lovely apartment.

Really enjoyed staying here. Great value, great location, bright, airy and well equipped. Also warm during some unseasonably cold and blustery weather. So top marks on everything. minor gripe about left over food but easy to fix if you agree. Have already recommended this place to our friends and family.

What a super property. It has everything you could need including a garage (rare in Salcombe) and you don't have to walk up a hill to get back. A real find - bedrooms are bright and airy, bathroom and shower room are fine. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide to eat in, though with so many wonderful restaurants / pubs almost on your doorstep you may not eat in that often, if at all. Super walks all around for those who enjoy the active life, and shops and pubs for those who don't. Great beaches just a ferry ride away. A memorable stay in a really great property.
Very happy with our stay, 3 Water's Edge is a brilliant little place for a weekend away in the heart of Salcombe. The garage was a particular bonus as parking in Salcombe is usually a nightmare. Very comfortable, fantastic furnishings and all very new and clean. Will definitely return.
The description of 3 Waters Edge as an apartment perhaps doesn't do it justice. With its own entrance, accommodation on two floors and the garage beneath, it more like a mews house. We were very happy with our stay and the friendliness and willingness to help of the Toad Hall staff. A very pleasant holiday, in a lovely town. Many thanks. We will definitely recommend to friends/ family.
