Apartment was superbly finished and equipped. A dedicated parking space was a valuable asset, but so cramped that it made it very difficult to park and panel damage hard to avoid. Not helped by contractors taking up places meant for guests and people parking in the wrong bays.
Loved it so much, will be back. If they want to sell the property, please let us know!
Hi, my name is Nick and as the property manager who looks after Island Place I would like to mention some of the reasons why I think you’ll love this property, joining us for the 2019 season. First of all, the location is fantastic. You are just a short walk from Island Street with the popular Island Street Bar and Grill and Salcombe Gin Factory. A further few minutes level walk will then take you to Fore Street which has shops, restaurants and pubs aplenty and the passenger ferry to sandy beaches. The Co-op shop below is very well stocked yet whilst in the property you wouldn't even notice it is there. The property itself is very comfortable and presented and equipped to ultra high standards. There is also the rare feature of having outdoor areas at both the front and rear of the property.
