7 Rock Towers is a superbly situated 1st floor, two bedroomed apartment, offering wonderful unrestricted views from the large living room window across to the sandy beach in East Looe and the notable Banjo Pier.  This comfortable holiday residence has been agreeably furnished and well equipped, it also has the added bonus of its own parking bay, and offers a super base from which to explore the local area or to visit other parts of Cornwall.  West Looe is more peaceful than the bustling East Looe on the other side of the estuary, but this provides the visitor with the best of both worlds, access to a wide range of vibrant restaurants, inns, and shops in East Looe, and then back to the tranquillity of Rock Towers location, where small local shops, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.  For those who like to get out and explore by foot, there are the nearby tennis courts and bowling green right on your doorstep, or venture further by way of the fabulous walks along the South West Costal path right outside your door.

First floor accommodation, entrance hallway leading to living/dining room with two leather sofas, electric flame effect heater, Freeview TV and DVD player. Dining area with table and chairs to seat 4.  Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob over, fridge with icebox above, washing machine, (There is a charge for using the communal tumble drying facilities which are available for guests and residents of Rock Towers), microwave, toaster.  Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed.  Twin bedroom with two 3 ft single beds.  Family bathroom with bath and shower over, wash hand basin and WC.  

There is a communal middle rear terrace , via the back door to the apartments, with a picnic bench and whirligig washing lines.

Ond designated parking bay outside the Apartment block, providing one convenient private parking space.

Included:   Bed linen, towels (no beach towels, so guests are asked to provide their own),  electricity and central heating (gas).

Hannafore beach in West Looe, 3 minutes’ walk.  Bowling green and tennis in West Looe, 5 minutes’ walk.  East Looe beaches 20 minutes’ walk. Other south coast beaches easily accessible by car. Shops, pubs and restaurants all in East and West Looe.  Sailing 20 minutes’ walk.   Polperro 4 miles. Golf 5 miles. Plymouth 21 miles. Truro 29 miles.

A fantastic location, the apartment was basic but good value for money and we really enjoyed our stay in Looe. We definitely recommend Robbie's icecream and the Sardine Factory, and catching the 50p ferry between East and West Looe.

Shower was nice and powerful. Hot water was instant which was convinient.
