A short stroll along the waterside promenade brings you to the town centre with its excellent range of shops catering for both young and old, good pubs and some excellent restaurants and cafes. too. The popular seaside towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth are nearby and the renowned South Hams beaches are also just a short drive away.

We loved it , Kingsbridge was an ideal place , I didn't use my car for a week excellent bus service and lots of ferries to use.

We loved the location and the view. We enjoyed using the patio garden when the sun was shining. I booked the property as it had a ground floor bedroom for a family member with mobility problems. She was unable to use the shower during the week as there were no'grab' handles, but Iam not aware that it was advertised as a property for people with mobility issues so this as our problem. We thought that the property had been furnished and decorated to an amazingly high standard.
