You will find Buller House - converted into a cluster of apartments - tucked away in one of Looe's historic back streets, seconds from East Looe Quay.  Number one is a fashionable little bolt hole that oozes style. The sandy beach is no more than two minutes away on foot and there are plenty of scenic walks in the local area, including the South West Coastal Path which runs through Looe. There are numerous shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs a leisurely stroll away, and the Cornish fishing village of Polperro, 4 miles away (or a 1.5hr walk along the coast path) is a popular spot to visit. A stay at this smart, well cared for little apartment will leave you feeling truly rested.

Access is via a communal staircase (Number One is located on the first floor).  Entrance hallway leads to an open plan kitchen/living/dining roomLiving room with stylish corner sofa, 32" Freeview HD TV, Blu-ray DVD player and dining table to seat two. Kitchen with smart new appliances, including a halogen hob, electric oven, combination oven/microwave, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and iPod dock. Smart wet room with electric shower, WC and wash hand basin. 

No designated parking space currently available.

Public parking available in local car parks in East and West Looe (fees apply).

The apartment itself was lovely and clean and very well equipped. Nice and close to the harbour, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay very much but as this is our second visit to Looe we don't intend returning, however we would be interested in any apartments you may have in Lyme Regis. Our daughter lives in Chard Somerset so we regularly holiday in Lyme.

We did have a small problem with the information received by post regarding the key pick up. In the written documentation it stated that the keys would be sent by post five days before our arrival however, when I chased this up via phone I was told that the keys were actually available in a small lock box at the accommodation location. This was not a problem but when I called I was asked 'Did you not read your letter?' which was sent in not the kindest tone. Just a small thing really.

The accommodation was everything we wanted, clean, cosy, and as it said on the brochure. If I was being ultra picky, the entrance hall/shared stairs light would not work when the switch was pressed whilst leaving the apartment which was not a problem for ourselves, but it was very dark, and it was quite noisy on occasions throughout the week (not that Toad Hall were responsible for that). Overall we had a lovely holiday. Thank you.
