Ashleigh is a beautiful and welcoming detached residence situated in the heart of Outer Hope Cove, which is a picturesque quaint South Devon fishing village. Guests will enjoy its lovely coastal and rural outlooks together with an elevated view of the village. Hope Cove is a very family friendly village which boasts sandy beaches, a local pub and a shop, all of which are within a two minute walk of the property. Ashleigh, with its generous and light rooms and sunny south facing garden, is perfect to accommodate either one large family or two separate families holidaying together. Sit back and relax in the sunny garden, enjoy the warmth from the lounge’s wood stove, or perhaps venture out along one of the many nearby stunning coastal path walks. Whatever the weather, the property will not fail to delight.
Steps down from parking area to front door. Front door opens into hallway leading to all ground floor rooms. Spacious and light dual aspect lounge with wood burning stove, 2 sofas, 2 armchairs, foot stool, flat screen TV, DVD player, music centre, ipod dock. Dining room with table to comfortably accommodate 8. Kitchen with electric hob, electric double oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Downstairs shower room with shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Stairs from hallway to first floor landing. Bedroom 1 is spacious and benefits from views overlooking the front garden, and with king size bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and hanging rail. Bedroom 2 boasts dual aspect windows – one with lovely coastal views looking down towards Outer Hope Cove Bay, and with twin 3ft single beds and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 3 with double bed, built-in cupboards and en suite shower roomwith shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Family bathroom with separate shower, bath with mixer shower attachment, heated towel rail, basin and WC. Stairs lead up to second floor; Bedroom 4 with twin 3ft single beds, built-in wardrobe and velux window.
Sunny sloping grassed garden to the front which is bordered with flower beds and mature shrubs. A seating area to the front of the property overlooks the front garden and is furnished with rattan chairs with a coffee table as well as a bistro table with chairs and bench. A gradual flight of steps to the side of the property lead up to the parking area.
Private parking at rear of property for up to 4 cars (size dependant).

- Telephone: Mobile reception poor. Telephone for incoming and outgoing emergency calls.
- Local Facilities: Two sandy beaches, pub, village shop all within easy walking distance – approximately 200 yards. Other South coast beaches easily accessible by car. Kingsbridge 5 miles. Salcombe 4 miles.
Prior to arrival there was some confusion with the caretaker over towels (as we are overseas visitors). Eventually resolved by calling your office directly- Appreciated the efforts of your staff especially Hannah and Julie: Very professional, service-minded and solution oriented. We also had problems all week with non-functioning Wifi: your office did a good job at following up with the owner, despite it not ever working. Again very satisfied with the service and the regular updates.
