Having been totally renovated to a very high standard, Camellia Cottage offers guests exceptionally comfortable, attractive and welcoming accommodation on three floors. This well equipped property is perfect for a small family or 4 adults and is an ideal place from which to explore the New Forest on foot or by bicycle.

Dining room with seating for 6 and window over the garden.
Door through to fully fitted kitchen which includes gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
Steep cottage stairs to first floor:
Bedroom 1 with king size bed.
Bathroom with bath with fixed shower over, hand basin and WC. 
Steep cottage stairs to second floor:
Bedroom 2 with continental size double bed into the eaves and views over the forest.
Bedroom 3 with twin single beds and views to the front. Please note one of the beds has limited headroom when standing due to the eaves of the roof.

The enclosed garden is partly laid to lawn and has a large patio outside the back door, which enjoys sunshine for a large part of the day. Good sized garden table and benches.

Parking for one car outside property.

Included: Bed linen, towels, electricity, gas central heating and WiFi access. Please provide your own beach towels. High chair and stair gate available. One basket of logs supplied in appropriate season.
Pets: One dog welcome. (Please note there is a standard charge of £25 per pet per week).
