It is comfortably furnished with the benefit of a lovely garden room, which opens out into a courtyard. It has undergone major refurbishment to a very high standard, whilst still retaining the fine period features, so it is oozing character and is a delightful, unusual house in which to enjoy a holiday. Our second visit so knew what we were getting .......excellent location and facilities. Can you please ensure the weather is better next time....lol
We enjoyed out stay and would return.
This is the second year at this holiday property. We had a great time there were a couple of small niggles as I mentioned above, but all things being equal we would love to come again next year
Stay was delightful, loved the cottage and location. The service provided by Toad Hall Staff re booking and advice etc was efficient and helpful and can't wait to book for next year.
above and beyond all our expectations in every way.
Excellent stay at Chruch House. Just one comment, it could really do with a wheelie/dust bin outside.
A great location for us to enjoy the Looe Music Festival. Thank you for sorting the booking with the owners for us.
Church House was both comfortable/homely and full of wonderful historical detail. All equipment was well chosen & good quality The location was perfect for us; we travelled down by train and found Upper Chapel St both convenient for travel, coastline and shopping and surprisingly quiet & peaceful.
I would just like to add how very helpful the housekeeper Dilly Crago is.On the first night we had no hot water ,but we rang him and he came straight down and fixed it for us it was just a question of water pressure but we didnt like to touch it.He also came back the next day and changed the twin beds into a queen size bed which was lovely. All in all he was a really nice and helpful man who also gave us lots of information about in and around looe. Very efficient in all that he did for us.
