There's an en-suite toilet and basin leading off from the second bedroom.
Great use has been made of the space in the second bedroom including a characterful sloped ceiling with spotlights. There is also a Velux window to the right of the photo.

3 The Boathouse has a large, well-equipped kitchen that includes a washing machine, fridge and freezer and Magimix Nespresso coffee machine.
The onsite swimming pool is open from the beginning of May through to the end of September.
Try the kiosk for paddleboard hire or for your foot ferry tickets across to Helford Village.

Trebah Garden is within walking distance - beautiful sub-tropical trees, plants and shrubs. There's a cafe for lunch and also a gift shop for souvenirs to take home.

The Red Lion in the square at Mawnan Smith for lunches, evening meals and a pint of something Cornish!
Swanpool beach and cafe is a great way to spend the day.
Or there is Gyllynvase Beach in Falmouth for sand, sea, and rock pools.
For a choice of eateries, try Maritime Museum in Falmouth.
A day in Truro is a must! It's our main city and you'll find shops, pubs, restaurants and our beautiful cathedral.
The iconic St MIchael's Mount is forty minutes' away by car. Walk across the causeway at low tide and catch a water ferry when the tide is high.
An hour away is the Eden Project.

Charmilie has parking space for two cars and ramp access to the front door.
The living area benefits from clean, simple lines.
A well-equipped, stylish kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven and hob.
The dining table can be easily moved lengthways to allow more space around the patio doors.

There is a standard double bed in the second bedroom alongside a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
You'll find both a bath and overhead shower in the family bathroom.
