Crags 14 is a good-size two-bed two-bathroom apartment overlooking Maenporth Beach. Tastefully modernised and decorated, it’s a comfortable place to base a holiday in this stunning part of Cornwall.  On one level once down the entrance stairs, you’ll find an open-plan living and dining area with a brand new, modern kitchen. There is a master bedroom and family bathroom, and the twin bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room. The large, private patio area can be accessed from the lounge and both bedrooms, and boasts a view over the sea, and a table and chairs for the perfect, leisurely breakfast.

Maenporth is an exclusive, secluded resort overlooking a beautiful sheltered cove, but close to the bustling port town of Falmouth, with its historical associations. The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees, and there’s a good restaurant and bar overlooking the family friendly beach where guests can unwind, enjoy some good food and watch the world go by. The resort has a large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, 2 tennis courts, a children’s play area and a games room with table tennis and pool table. There are plenty of scenic walks along the South West Coastal Path for those who want the exercise, and the sandy beach will keep adults and children endlessly entertained. It’s a great destination for families or couples all year round.

All on one level, access is via the communal foyer and down a flight of stairs. Open-plan Living room with sofas, TV and DVD. Door to patio area. Dining area with table and seating for 4. Well-equipped kitchen with hob, integrated oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine/tumble dryer. Master bedroom 1 king size bed and door to patio area. Bedroom 2 with twin  single beds, door to patio area, and en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin WC and heated towel rail. Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

6th October 2018 - We enjoyed our week at Crags 14, lovely views from the large patio. There were a few niggles in the kitchen but were informed that a new one is to be fitted soon.The pillows were very hard so I bought a new one.

29th August 2018 - We had a great week in this apartment. It is very comfortable. The huge terrace is amazing and has great views. The complex is in a great position for the beach and also has a great pool area and an outside BBQ area. The apartment has all the comforts for rainy or sunny holidays! It's very well stocked. Would highly recommend.
