Fastnet is a brand-new, luxurious townhouse appointed to the highest standards and ideally situated just a short stroll from the town centre. The ultra-cool styling throughout perfectly reflects the owner’s graphic design background and the top quality fixtures and fittings, Duravit bath and shower rooms and handmade Neptune kitchen also add to the luxurious touches that make up this stunning family home. The property also has the benefits of private parking, an enclosed garden and incredible views of the Salcombe Estuary from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom. The local Spar shop is just a short walk away and the centre of town offers an array of popular pubs, restaurants, boutique shops and interesting art galleries as well as beaches, watersports and immediate access to the South West Coast Path.

First floor: Open plan living room with two sofas, armchair, extendable dining table to seat 8, TV, DVD, Sonos music system, Juliet balcony with estuary views. Kitchen area with Smeg cooker, hobs, large Smeg fridge freezer, Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave. Second floor: Bedroom 1 with king size bed and estuary views. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Family bathroom with bath with hand held shower, walk in shower cubicle, basin and WC.

For two cars in private car port/drive at property (end to end). Ample no restriction on street parking nearby.

An amazing property with the most beautiful views to wake up to in the master bedroom. My only negative is the lack of information regarding recycling, I know every council has different levels/ ways of getting recycling and the only info was to put all waste in the bin! We found a recycling waste bag under the sink which we used but had no info on where to put it. Having stayed at a toad hall property before we found the same problem last time so wonder if there is more you could do to advise families?

Lovely place within walking distance of the town centre, although a hilly walk back! Views of the estuary from lounge and first floor bedroom gorgeous. The house was short of nothing and was fitted out to a very good standard. Would recommend
