The beautiful waterside town of Salcombe, with its outlook across the stunning harbour to golden beaches and the sparkling sea beyond, is one of South Devon's most desirable holiday cottage destinations. A mecca for sailors and water sports enthusiast, and a playground for the rich and famous, Salcombe is the UK's answer to Saint-Tropez.

In the summer months, traditional sailing boats race past the Princess Yachts moored in the harbour, while sports cars cruise through Fore Street, past buzzing designer clothes stores and local boutiques. The shops and restaurants located by the waterfront exude the perfect nautical vibe, complementing the boatbuilding heritage that has long served the local townsfolk lucky enough to live in this scenic, naturally sheltered harbour.

Strolling down Fore Street you will find a tempting selection of cafes, delis, restaurants, and pubs to frequent, whilst children (and adults!) will insist on a trip to the old fashioned sweet shop, Cranch's, or treat them to delicious local ice cream at the Salcombe Dairy. The recently refurbished, family and dog-friendly pub, The Victoria Inn, serves excellent food and also operates a 'man crèche' that may be useful for more relaxed shopping trips!

A little ferry makes the short trip back and forth to the golden sands of East Portlemouth and the dog-friendly beaches at Mill Bay and Sunny Cove, whilst the energetic can pick up the South West Coast Path from here to enjoy unrivalled scenery from the rugged clifftop trail. The beach at North Sands is an easy stroll from town, where you'll find The Winking Prawn, a child-friendly institution amongst locals and holiday makers alike, where diners can enjoy delicious food and drink for breakfast, lunch or dinner... or all three if you fancy a full day on the beach.

The exquisite Overbeck's National Trust, just a little further along the coast at South Sands, is well worth a visit for the spectacular views and world famous gardens, capable of growing a broad range of rare and exotic plants not commonly found on these shores thanks to the site's unique location, perched high on the coastline and open to the Gulf Stream.
Outside of the peak season, visitors can expect to find a much quieter town more akin to a sleepy West Country village. However, the shops and restaurants generally stay open throughout the year, and the natural beauty of the area is so abundant that Salcombe remains a fantastic holiday destination all year round.

A holiday cottage in Salcombe has all the ingredients for a relaxing seaside holiday in a simply stunning area of outstanding natural beauty.

Bistro 73 We visited the bistro on Thursday evening for the first time and we were very impressed with the food and service. We will definitely book again when we are back in Salcombe.

October 2023

We visited this restaurant on a few occasions and found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The food on every occasion was first class. We sampled breakfast, sandwiches and cakes - we returned a few times as it was the best in the area. We will certainly visit again.

July 2023

Excellent food and service. Well worth a visit.

July 2023

I really wanted to go there as loved it on a previous trip but it was shut for the week to allow the staff holiday. I was so disappointed. I'm giving it 5 stars from my previous trip.

September 2021

We had a lovely Vegan breakfast here and the proprietor was very accommodating and helpful would recommend.

God food and service in the upstairs dining area

October 2023

Very friendly pub with good beer and food.

October 2023

Food and service ok

September 2023

Unimpressed, unfortunately. I was holidaying alone and booked a table for one in the dining room. I arrived to be shown to a table in the bar right by the busy entrance. The young man attending to me tried his best to find an alternative and I accepted a table outside. I ordered 'chicken supreme' which turned out to be two small pieces of dry chicken with veg and a small amount of gravy, effectively a simple roast dinner. After a tiring day, rather than complaining, I ate the meal, paid and left, but wouldn't eat there again.

September 2023

Lovely Sunday lunch although short staffed like many attractions this year

July 2023

Excellent food with locally sourced , well presented dishes.

July 2023

Very friendy pub. Fantastic beer garden, great for the dog. Had fish and chips here, very tasty.

May 2023

Great Sunday lunch as always the pork melted in your mouth

May 2023

This is a good pub despite having a bizarre food offering (have to book at the moment and reduced menu). Outside has a big cover with Festoon lighting which works really well and also has a play area for children.

September 2022

Disappointing- menu has gone downhill

July 2022

Friendly staff but pub was cold despite fire

March 2022

Used to visit here often but it was closed this time ( early October ). Plenty of hungry visitors about.

October 2021

Great friendly pub.

September 2021

Thank you so much for giving me and my family a fabulous evening on my 70th birthday at the Victoria Inn. We were aware that times have been very difficult for pubs and restaurants in the Salcombe due to staffing shortages but the experience we had was enhanced by the staff and we thank them so much for the effort they made for us.

September 2021

Good pub but issues having booking only for food, perhaps staff issues? How do you know to book when you are on holiday? saying that, good setting and really great garden. Good was also good.

September 2021

Our pre booked meal here was cancelled and rebooked. However the staff failed to contact us to tell us that the Inn had not reopened. Extremely poor.

August 2021

The rear awning filled full of smokers which was choking us and being with children moved to the higher terrace next to the play area. Within 5 minutes some hippies sat on the next table and proceeded to light a pungent bifta. It stank the area out. Staff rolled there eyes and did nothing about it

August 2021

Called in for drinks. Just managed to get a table as it was mainly bookings. Nice busy friendly pub. Hope to return to eat there.

June 2021

this place was well managed and the food was excellent.

June 2021

Always visit when we are in Salcombe. Love the atmosphere, staff extremely friendly, delicious Sunday lunches and excellent fish dishes. We were very impressed by their outdoor seating arrangements this time.

May 2021

Fantastic covered garden space at the rear of the property has been created during the CV19 lockdown. This is now a welcoming gastro pub with friendly staff, good beers and an excellent menu & wine list. Suggest that booking will be essential - we visited on first 2 nights of re-opening and every table was booked

May 2021

Great local pub and restaurant. Only stopped for a drink but that was thoroughly enjoyable. Covid restrictions were well managed and we felt very safe throughout.

November 2020

Booked in advance to secure a table. All Covid Rules were applied. Great meal and service. We could even take our small Dog with us. Definitely recommend this Pub. ????

October 2020

Easy to book and a warm welcome on arrival. We were seated in a quiet spot perfect for people watching and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxed late lunch/early dinner. All the food was lovely - the sticky toffee pudding was a particular highlight!

October 2020

Good, honest food

October 2020

Standard pub food which was ok but service rushed and messy.

September 2020

Had dinner booked in advance as heard it was great. Reduced menu and one way systems etc which worked very well. But the food was just OK. Greasy batter, watery fish which meant any crisp the batter had went, chips pre-cut. Didn't have desert as just wasn't hungry after the fish. But service good, staff friendly and all very well done with this corona malarky.

July 2020

Best sticky toffee pudding in town! Love the refurb too :)

February 2020

Solid, welcoming pub. Good beer, good food.

September 2019

Relaxing atmosphere

September 2019

Great food in the evening

August 2019

A great night with excellent food and service. One of the best meals we had all week and it was on one of the busiest nights of the year.

August 2019

Just lovely - all that a proper pub/restaurant should be these days - lovely, friendly, engaging staff - an imaginative and not too bewildering menu - and what we came to regard (three meals in three days) as lightning service. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. A proper grip on gluten-free food for a lifelong coeliac sufferer, and while (predictably) seafood is a strongpoint the locally-sourced meat - and vegetables - was equally delicious. We understand the present management is retiring this November. Experience this one while it lasts... VERY highly recommended.

July 2019

We came to this restaurant twice absolutely loved it , lovely friendly very well trained staff , with excellent well prepared food , great outdoor space at back of the pub .

July 2019

Had a great meal and staff were very accomodating to find table when we turned out without a booking but clear about how long we had to eat in.

July 2019

Fabulous meal and a great evening!

May 2019

Excellent food with attentive, friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Will certainly return and recommend it to others.

May 2019

Really liked this place and came back for a second visit. Food was great, the inn charming and the staff were very welcoming. Dogs well-catered for & pet blankets provided for them to sit on. Delightful.

May 2019

Fab food, dog friendly pub

January 2019

Lovely balcony view and pleasant staff

September 2023

Stunning Views with good food but very expensive for what is on offer.

August 2022

The view is excellent. The soup was OK but overpriced but we had to wait ages for it even though there were not many customers. Decor and the seats were very grubby. Best avoided. We give a token star for the view.

October 2021

Lovely place for coffee and cake! Nice little terrace overlooking the water. I was disappointed they don't do cheese scones anymore though! They were very accommodating.

September 2021

Good location overlooking the boats and estuary. Crab lovely and fresh.

September 2021

Terrible service!

September 2021

The worst cream teas ever ... the clotted cream was frozen and when we asked for unfrozen cream ..we got more frozen cream !!! The staff couldn’t give a hoot.

September 2020

We had a cream tea, and a bowl of tomato soup, and a cup of coffee. All perfect and at a reasonable price.

October 2019

Great location on the harbour where you can enjoy a fabulous breakfast and light lunch.

June 2018

Sit back, relax, watch the world go by and have a cuppa and cake!! Brilliant location - especially if you like shopping!!!

Sunny Cove
Sunny Cove
(Less than a mile)

(7)

Accessed either by boat, via a 10-minute walk through the woods from parking at Mill Bay, or a stroll from the Salcombe to East Portlemouth Ferry, Sunny Cove is a sandy beach which, as you might expect, catches the sun throughout the day, weather pending. It’s on the East Portlemouth side of the Salcombe Estuary opposite North Sands beach and Fort Charles, the ruined fortification that was originally constructed during the reign of Henry VIII to defend the Kingsbridge Estuary against French and Spanish Pirates. It’s a relatively gentle spot for swimming and ideal for picnics, lazy summer afternoons, and reaching on kayaks and paddle boards from other nearby beaches as well as being the perfect spot for building sandcastles. That said, the tide can come in quite quickly so make sure you don’t get caught out and be careful of the swell when bringing boats into the beach. Head there for the day in the summer or as a stop off en route to the café at Gara Rock or a longer walk along the coast path towards Prawle Point. Dogs are welcome all year round but keep in mind that there aren’t any facilities in the immediate vicinity (it would be a 10-15-minute walk along wooded footpaths) so take your sandwiches with you!

June 2023

Stunning bay ,Quiet and secluded

October 2021

Lovely little beach worth the walk or paddle!

July 2021

We didn’t know about this. Whilst appreciating the need to keep things to a minimum, local information like this could have been uploaded digitally. We made 2 attempts to locate a beach without success.

October 2020

The beach and the views were superb

September 2019

A nice sandy beach, crowded on a sunny day. but access quite tricky - a long walk for children if no room in the NT car park, and then a long walk back afterwards.

August 2019

Best reached by direct boat access but easy enough walk from ferry or mill bay car park. Our favourite beach.

August 2018

Mill Bay
(Less than a mile)

(29)

A sandy beach on the East Portlemouth side of the Salcombe Estuary, at low tide Mill Bay stretches all the way up the coastline to East Portlemouth beach. It has the most wonderful view of Salcombe itself and is popular with everyone, especially families, because of the large swathes of sand on which you can set up camp for the day and enjoy safe, clean swimming conditions. Parking is limited, so the best way to get to it is either by boat or by catching the East Portlemouth Ferry from Salcombe and strolling along. That way you can also nip past The Venus Café by the slipway to pick ice creams, sandwiches and refreshments before settling in for the day. There are rock pools to explore, sandcastles to build and swimming to be done, just make sure you’re careful of any boats coming in and out of the beach. Dogs are welcome at Mill Bay all year round, and it makes an excellent spot to run around with them whatever time of the year. Like the other beaches along this stretch of coast, Mill Bay makes for an ideal place to spend the day right into the evening, although it is a little stroll to the nearest facilities. It’s also a lovely beach to meander across en route towards Gara Rock or on a longer walk along the coast path.

June 2022

Brilliant beach 3 miles from the cottage

June 2022

Gorgeous little Bay close to where we were staying our dog. Loved fetching his ball in and out the water. Very pretty spot.

April 2022

Lovely beach and you can walk to Gara rock from here and along beach to the ferry crossing to salcombe

March 2022

Great beach. Bumpy access road as sand has blown across it. Slightly marred by 1-2 selfish dog owners who have left their calling cards

November 2021

We were lucky enough to spend 3 days on this beautiful beach. Fabulous place ??

September 2021

Fantastic beach one of the best in the area. Have to get to car park (National Trust) very early if you don't want to carry all your stuff to the beach.

September 2021

We attempted to drive to Mill Bay car park- not a good idea in August! No parking spaces, no turning points. We tried another day, parking at Gara Rock and asking down the bridle path. We have a disabled granddaughter, the walk down was manageable but the return walk was much more difficult. Beautiful beach and worth the walk.

September 2021

Lovely, clean, sandy beach in wonderful location with beautiful views and easy access from Salcombe via the East Portlemouth ferry.

August 2021

Lovely beach, clear water

July 2021

Lovely beach for children to play on.

June 2021

Favourite beach going back to my childhood. The road to it was closed due to a land slip in January. Talked to the workmen who said it was due to reopen November 2020.

October 2020

Lovely beach but this year overrun with people arriving by motor boat- so it felt a little worrying for kids to swim out among them,(and frankly it spoilt the view) and engine noise/fumes at the end of the day as everyone left!

September 2020

Wonderful

September 2019

I endorse all of the other favourable comments and emphasise the urgent need to make the lavatories hygienic. In fact all of the public conveniences are anything but convenient.

September 2019

Lovely beach, handy to have little food caravan selling crepes, drinks and ice cream, good quality too. The toilets were disgusting though and should have been cleaned more regularly, also waste bins overflowing.

August 2019

Great place for a day on the beach. Safe and dog friendly

August 2019

Lovely large sandy beach, perfect for young children who want to play in the strem and build dams, or play in the sea without large waves!

July 2019

Great beach

October 2018

A fabulous beach. Especially great fun at low tide for a water loving Labrador. We enjoyed our visits here. We also loved the passenger ferry from here to Salcombe. Beautiful beach.

October 2018

Beautiful beach lovely and clean. Small car park free to N.T. members. Highly recommended. Drawback no immediate café available. Venus café nearest but a trek if not mobile.

September 2018

Lovely beach well worth a visit. Dog friendly as well. Well worth the £7-50 national trust car parking fee.

July 2018

amazing beach, dog friendly, only downside is the toilets near the National Trust hut are very poor

July 2018

North Sands
North Sands, Salcombe
(Less than a mile)

(17)

The first beach as you walk along the Cliff Road out of Salcombe, North Sands sits in a valley and is a sandy horseshoe shaped beach that’s expansive at low tide. Thanks to its shape and location, it’s extremely popular in the summer because there’s plenty of space to set up camp for the day with buckets, spades and fishing nets in tow for avid marine biologists and sand castle connoisseurs. The beach has a fresh water stream running through it from the top of the valley, which, aside from providing hours of entertainment for accompanying dogs and a marvellous place to wash the sand off your feet, also means that the beach is largely wet sand, so don’t forget to take something to sit on if you’re heading there for the day. Popular with swimmers, despite the chilly water, North Sands provides a wonderful view out of the mouth of the Salcombe estuary and into the deep blue yonder so, for keen photographers, it’s ideal. If the weather is right then it’s a favourite amongst body boarders or even surfers on choppier days, and it’s a great place to take the paddle boards and kayaks if you happen to have them. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round, unlike many of the beaches in the area, there are toilets over the road and there’s a car park with charges from £1 throughout the year. The cherry on top of this beautiful location is The Winking Prawn café and restaurant that’s right next to the beach. Open all year round they serve everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner to coffee, tea and cake, and in the summer they provide a barbecue in the garden overlooking the sea. It is popular though so leave a little time to queue for that Salcombe Dairy honeycomb ice cream in the height of summer!

Swim here daily when in Salcombe.

June 2023

A great dog friendly beach. Check the tide times, go at low tide, makes a fabulous beach to look for shells, relax in the sun, and walk in the stuff with your dog.

May 2023

Excellent beach for dogs

May 2023

Nice beach it's great dog friendly beach

May 2023

What a beautiful place to walk to along Coast Road from Salcombe town. The view through the trees to the amazing colour of the water is breathtaking and North Sands is spectacular. We could have sat just people watching all day. The winking prawn is a lovely place for a drink or bite to eat.

South Sands
South Sands, Salcombe
(2 miles)

(6)

Over a (rather large) hill along the road from North Sands and around a 30-minute walk from the centre of Salcombe, South Sands is a sandy beach, with a stream running through it, that’s particularly geared up for water sports. South Sands is also accessible from the centre of Salcombe by the South Sands Ferry, a merry looking yellow, blue and red boat that takes around 15 minutes at a cost of £3.60 per adult and £2.60 for children over the age of three. You’re then greeted at the beach by a sea tractor to take you onto the dry sand, where you will find the South Sands Hotel as well as the enchanting Bo’s Beach Café. The beach café is a family run business serving all the necessities for a day on the sand including tea, cake, coffee and light lunches as well as beach essentials and toys. It runs in conjunction with Sea Kayak Salcombe who provide kayak and paddle board rental and tours for all levels. During the Salcombe Town Regatta, South Sands also plays host to the annual sandcastle competition, an illustrious occasion that welcomes all participants with enthusiasm, so make sure you keep an eye out if you’re a budding architect or artist, or potter along and take a look at the local and visiting handiwork if you’re more of a spectator. It’s worth noting that there’s limited parking at South Sands so it’s a good idea to either walk to it, park at North Sands a short walk away, or park in Salcombe and catch the ferry over. Dogs are also welcome at South Sands.

Bit too far to cycle from centre of Salcombe for a swim, but do visit regularly. Used to stay at Bolt Head when it was an hotel, so remember it fondly.

June 2023

The new Harbour hotel at South Sands has wonderful views over the estuary and is worth stopping there for a quick lunch before continuing up to the overbecks

April 2023

North Sands better for beach but South Sands cafe and tractor/ferry are great.

June 2022

Rude staff on ferry - expecting people to wear mask on an outdoor boat trip ! Made to feel like we were an inconvenience- very poor.

August 2021

Great - kids loved the big building Site

August 2020

A beautiful sandy beach that is superb for children as you have to go out quite a way before the water gets deep. Water sports available. Access is via very narrow lanes so be prepared to reverse and parking is very limited.

Gara Rock Beach
Gara Rock Beach
(2 miles)

(12)

A short ferry ride over the estuary from Salcombe to East Portlemouth, followed by a scenic walk along the coast (around 40 minutes depending on how speedy you are), will lead you to a dramatic headland and beach café known as Gara Rock. With panoramic views of the sea, the café is open for teas, cakes, lunch, and afternoon tea before you descend to Gara Rock Beach below. The beach is a sandy cove flanked by rocks, and can also be reached by parking at the Mill Bay car park which is around two miles away on foot. The beauty of this beach is that it is only accessible either on foot or by boat, so it does have a wonderful sense of escapism alongside its rugged splendour. Although it is a little bit of a climb back up to the café, the proximity of food and toilets means that you can set up camp here for most of the day, dipping into the water as and when you choose if the weather is warm enough. Alternatively, it’s the perfect place for a pit stop if you’re spending the day walking along the coast path towards Prawle Point and Dartmouth beyond. Dogs are allowed on the beach but not in high season, so keep that in mind, and while it’s a slightly tricky beach to get to it’s worth the effort… maybe just see if you can get a takeaway brownie and a cup of tea from the café to keep you going!

VERY PEACEFULL AND NO CROWDS

September 2021

Superb location, excellent service. We were unable to book beforehand but were fortunate to be able to secure a table.

September 2021

Beautiful sandy and pebbly cove... we spent 2 gorgeous days there with our dog! Be prepared for steep climb back to Gara Rock restaurant but worth it!

July 2021

After driving an hour through Devon drizzle we were not impressed to be turned away because we weren't guests. "or you can sit outside and have coffee from the Garavan". Lesson learned: Don't go unless you're booked.

October 2020

We had a beautiful meal with stunning views at Gara Rock. The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was divine. We also had spa treatments for the group, who left feeling relaxed and radiant.

September 2020

Lovely secluded beach, dog friendly and easy to get to.

July 2020

Go there for the coastal walk. Fantastic. Stop at the hotel for a coffee, the views are stunning

September 2019

A lovely beach (although quite "weedy"), almost deserted the morning we were there, and well worth the tricky path down and the steep climb back

August 2019

My favourite beach in the country, nothing run of the mill here, lovely views

July 2019

Lovely beach. We arrived early after a steep walk down the cliff path. Had the beach initially to ourselves! Starts to get busier as the day goes on.

Note for the owner! There is a cracked slate to the kitchen roof above the first vellux that would be a good idea to replace before it proves a problem !

July 2023

We had a lovely time, cottage was lovely.

June 2023

A hell of a climb up from the harbour

July 2022

Most enjoyable stay - only comments to make front entrance is more hilly than shown in photo and also would say walk to town a little longer than 5mins especially coming back - certainly not to someone with any walking difficulties. Suggest you may be mention this in the property details. Hope to be using Toad Hall again in the not too distant future.

June 2022

We had a lovely stay at Fuschia Cottage. Great through lounge/ dinning area and kitchen. We loved the little courtyard. A real sun trap.

October 2021

We had an excellent holiday and would be quite happy to return to Fuchsia Cottage if we went back to Salcombe again. As a holiday company we were very happy with Toad Hall Cottages, you provided all the information required and your emails just seemed to add that little bit of a personal touch. You said we would be contacted if the cottage was ready earlier than 17.00, which we took with a pinch of salt, as many companies say that and don't bother but you were true to your words and called us at 13.30 but unfortunately we were stuck in traffic on the M5 so couldn't take advantage of it.

September 2021

Very comfortable place to stay, outdoor seating was great

September 2021

We had a very enjoyable stay at the cottage. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the cottage and thought it was a very pretty place and the garden was excellent especially the little back courtyard. We are looking forward to returning next year.

June 2021

The cottage was furnished to a high standard . The garden is lovely. Very comfortable and well equipped. The walk back up the hill was a bit of a struggle, but it walked off the fish and chips !

June 2021

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage was exceptional and one of the best holiday rentals we've stayed in. Very well equipped and very lovely decor. Found the newly landscaped front garden an unexpected bonus, and very smooth process from Toad Hall. Thank you.

September 2020

We had a lovely stay in Fuschia Cottage - it was great to be able to walk down into Salcombe. The car parking space was also a real bonus.

August 2020

Overall we really enjoyed the property. The kitchen was really well stocked up with cutlery and pots and the washing machine and dryer was extremely helpful with a family. There was only a small amount of firewood, it would have been nice if the basket had been filled.

November 2019

A beautiful property. Done out to a very high standard – a real home from home. Great location – just a short walk into Salcombe. It’s very handy that it has it’s own drive with parking. We would love to stay again.

October 2019

Yes we did. Lovely cottage tastefully good quality furnishings etc..

September 2019

Beautiful cottage, felt at home as soon as we arrived, after a long journey. Salcombe is a lovely place with lots of gorgeous views and places to eat and drink and walk.

August 2019

The cottage was beautiful and very homely. We were impressed with how clean it was. We really enjoyed our holiday! Also, the communication from Toad Hall staff was excellent.

October 2018

We enjoyed our stay very much. Lovely cottage. Comfortable bed. A walk in shower would be better in a confined space.

August 2018

The property is in an excellent location and just perfect for a week's stay. Biscuits, teabags, milk and a stash of coffee for the machine were a lovely welcome touch. Lovely little outside terrace area that got the sun for a good part of the afternoon.

July 2018

Yes it was a lovely cottage very comfortable and loved the outdoor space. A parasol would have been a good addition

October 2017

I think that the steepness of the walk back from town needs to be described in better detail. Its longer than 5 mins and if you are not a regular walker it is a chalenge.

September 2017

We had a problem with the heating and the house was cold but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

August 2017

We had a lovely week. The cottage is situated away from the main hustle and bustle of Salcombe and was very peaceful, but is within easy walking distance of the shops, pubs etc (much easier walking there than coming back, though! That hill helped to burn off a few extra calories). Having off road parking is also very useful. We would definitely recommend this cottage to friends.

July 2017

We enjoyed our stay at Fuchsia Cottage very much

May 2017

Fuschia cottage was lovely, bright airy and very clean, lovely position , milk and chocolate was a nice touch. Would recommend !

May 2017

Absolutely loved this house. So beautifully decorated and well equipped, Felt spacious and was great to have lots of games for our 4yo son, and of course the 2 outside areas. Would love to return.

April 2017

Having never been to Salcombe before, we were quite surprised at the steepness of the hill to get to and from the cottage. We were ok but I think it would be good if it was made clearer on the description of the cottage how steep the hill actually is. We relied more than usual on the car. The cottage itself was delightful and spotlessly clean when we arrived.

April 2017

Gorgeous accommodation. Lovely quiet location and just a short walk from Fore Street (8 mins). Perfect home from home with two small children it was a perfect choice.
