Description

Glenleigh is an ultra-stylish house situated in one of Salcombe’s most desirable roads as it is a quiet residential street whilst still being just a short walk to the beautiful beaches, shops, bars and restaurants in town. The house is presented to a high standard with a great, open-plan living/dining space leading on to the kitchen with Oka units creating a striking setting for your holiday. Sleeping comfort is assured with goose down duvets and pillows and 400 thread count Egyptian Cotton bed linen. The property has private parking and a pretty enclosed garden which is safe for both children and dogs.

Entrance to open plan living area. Sitting area with two sofas, armchair, modern gas fire, TV, DVD player and dining table to seat up to 8. Leading on to large Kitchen with range cooker with electric oven and gas hobs, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Dualit coffee machine, microwave, pantry and island unit, door to garden. First floor: Bedroom 2 with kingsize bed. Bedroom 3 with kingsize bed. Family bathroom with roll top bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. Second floor: Master bedroom with kingsize bed, stunning walk-in shower cubicle in room and en suite WC & basin.

Parking for 1 car on private drive. 

  • Included: Bed Linen and towels (hypoallergenic duvets and pillows are available on request - please specify at time of booking if these are required), all utilities, gas central heating. Travel cot, high chair & stair gates.

  • Pets: Yes (two allowed, more by negotiation). (Pet charge £30.00 per dog per week).
  • Local facilities: Sandy beaches at North and South Sands 1 mile. Smalls Cove, Mill Bay, Sunny Cove across estuary by foot ferry on the East Portlemouth side. Co-op shop 200 yards, other shops, bars and restaurants under 5 minutes’ walk (fairly level). Kingsbridge with all facilities 6 miles.

Ideal location for walking into town. Safe garden for our little dog.

Lovely property, very well thought out and well-equipped. Close to town centre but hill may be difficult for the elderly. Fabulous comfy beds too! Would definitely come back.
